Finalmente ho trovato un'azienda che rifornisce di semi ad impollinazione aperta con tante varietà antiche e interessanti. Spero che continuinino ad inserire sempre più varietà perché svolgono anche un lavoro essenziale di mantenimento della biodiversità per noi tutti.
Servizio velocissimo ed é già il secondo anno che ordino da loro e ho ottenuto ottimi risultati con i loro semi sia in orticultura che con le erbe officinali

Hier finde ich Saatgut, das ich sonst nirgends finde.. Vor allem von Pflanzen, welche zu früheren Zeiten populär waren. Vielen Dank..

Ho ordinato i semi il 19/01, il 24 non ricevendo ulteriori email rispetto alla spedizione, come comunicato al momento dell'ordine, invio una email chiedendo notizie di un codice tracking o se fosse stata inviata. Non ricevendo alcuna risposta e non ricevendo i semi richiedo il rimborso via paypal il giorno 29. Oggi ricevo email in cui mi si accusa di truffa per aver effettuato il rimborso e cancelleranno il mio account, adducendo al fatto che ho ricevuto la spedizione.
Contando che sarebbe bastato rispondere alla mia email per chiarirsi ritengo la professionalità assente

Ich hatte ein paar Sämereien bestellt und bei Lieferung war bei einer Sorte die Angabemenge fast um 20 Prozent unterschritten, vielleicht weil einiges an Bruchkrümeln drin war, die wohl mitgewogen worden waren. Gerade zwei Tage nach meiner Meldung beim Händler hatte ich noch eine weitere Samentüte in der Post. Daher volle 5 Sterne! Gerne wieder.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that, after sending a question by email, their reply was quick, thorough, and written in French — even though I had written in both English and French and indicated that the delivery was to France (as I am French myself).

Je n’ai trouvé aucun autre vendeur proposant toutes ces semences en agriculture biologique, et disponibles en France. Je remercie chaleureusement Magic Garden Seeds pour leur engagement en faveur de la nature.

J’ai été agréablement surprise de constater que, suite à une question envoyée par e-mail, leur réponse a été rapide, complète, et rédigée en français — alors même que j’avais écrit en anglais et en français, et ma livraison était vers la France (étant moi-même française).

Ich habe meine bestellten Samen erhalten und bin absolut begeistert! Obwohl sich die Lieferung etwas verspätet hat, wurde ich vom Support hervorragend betreut. Das Team war freundlich, transparent und ich fühlte mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben und wertgeschätzt – das ist heute leider nicht selbstverständlich!
Die Qualität der Ware überzeugt ebenfalls: Sorgfältig verpackte Samen mit detaillierten Anleitungen.

Well, I ordered the seeds on 16th March and they were sent promptly. Unfortunately the courier didn't deliver them. I can't understand why, I had a delivery from another company 2 days later. The package was sent back to sender, Magic Garden Seeds. Since then I haven't heard from them. No seeds, no refunds. I have written to them again this morning (19th April). Doubtful If I will order from them again if they behave in such away.
I read that some clients received a free delivery. I paid for mine....
