The customer service is terrific. Their response time, patience and ability to help people make the best decisions is a whole another level. If you're interested in these type of products, trust these reviews and use Magic Linen (I haven't even received the product yet but I'm super impressed with just what I've seen!).

What an amazing costume service! I felt important and respected.
I was looking for a party dress that looks classy enough to go to a sweet sixteen but one that I can use in another occasion too and I find the perfect one on Magic Linen. But my size wasn’t available, I panicked and emailed the to try my luck. They did everything to help me and rush to make my dress so I can receive on time. I won’t never forget this experience. I already had very good experience with their sheets and duvet cover and now I know that I can count on them with their clothes too.

I was very pleased by the customer support I received. We had ordered bedsheets in Woodrose and Cover in Tan and had some shedding issues. The team offered various solutions which was valuable information on caring for the product which will help me longterm. Ultimately the shedding was still too significant so they sent me a new batch which have been SO GREAT! These are real people doing great work.

Superior product compared to Pottery Barn and Parachute. Much softer and overall nicer quality. Customer service when I had a problem with fitted sheet sizing was phenomenal. Fast and very helpful- resulting in a custom size - an option you’re not going to find many places. Highly recommended.

Magic Linen is THE best linen shop out here. I'm just amazed by the quality and the variety of bedding sheets and duvets.

As a guy I never valued things as sheets, but after my wife asked to try MagicLinen... it blew my mind. The sleep is like I'm 10 again and in the bed after some warm milk.

I purchased (fairly large order) for the first time not knowing what to expect and a little concerned I might have made a mistake since I had not heard of the company before seeing a facebook ad. When my order arrived I was thrilled with the items and the quality. I ordered linen dinner napkins and a small pillow case. The colors were beautiful and the quality very nice. I contacted customer service when I thought my order was taking too long to arrive. The response was quick and the associate provided tracking information and assured me it was on the way. She was very courteous and helpful. I had a top notch experience and would not hesitate to order again.

I have tried many companies and MagicLinen is by far the best. I have been ordering for years from MagicLinen and have NEVER been disappointed. The quality of the linen is absolutely great and washes beautifully and the color selections and designs are just wonderful. Recently there was an issue with the delivery company and MagicLinen got right on it and resolved the issue with "customer first" attitude. Simply my favorite linen company!!

Not only do I buy Magic Linen’s sheets and curtains for myself, but I also treat my guests to them in my guest rooms.

And Magic Linen’s linen is much more affordable than other linen stores online or anywhere else. It’s magic!!! 🥰💕👌

Great quality, kind customer service, great style.

The two men shirts and the scarf were gorgeous. It was a gift for a friend. He was very happy. The quality is excellent, the fit perfect. I highly recommend MagicLinen. The delivery is very efficient and on time.

I ordered a linen blanket and I know the quality is amazing as my daughter has one ( hense my ordering one)
Unfortunately their carrier Fed Ex delivered to wrong address and never recieved it. Magic Linen was prompt with responses, trying to resolve the issue and went as far as sending me another although Fed Ex was still investigating. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and happy!
Because of this I would highly recommend this company and their products are top quality and you won’t be disappointed.

I have had a great experience working with Kornelija. Excellent customer service and very prompt in replying. She was willing to work with me and get me what I needed.

I love my couch cover, it's such a comfortable fabric to sit on. It's durable and high quality. The colour is a beautiful green that suits our space. Kornelija was great with communication so I highly recommend this company to anyone. Our couches are protected now, thank you very much!

Wonderful quality and color

I had a wonderful experience of returning and exchanging my product with MagicLinen, and am especially happy with the Service. Kornelija who handled my ticket replied in a super fast, helpful and friendly manner. She even proactively reached out to give me follow up information regarding the new shipment, I really appreciate the proactive approach.

To add: I received the new, exchanged curtains and they look really wonderful - worth the price.

After shopping around a few reputable linen vendors, my experience with Magic Linen was top tier. The material and finished product is high quality, my order was received within a week of placing it, and because of their 4th of July sale the price was extremely reasonable. I got a flat sheet and waffle blanket and love it!

Sheets a big disappointment…they are very very scratchy and impossible to sleep on after many washings. Going to give them a few more washings, try again, and if not comfortable..donate to a charity shop.
