I would give more stars if I could! The customer service is outstanding. I was on a tight time line and they delivered ahead of schedule. The dress is beautiful and I’m so excited to wear it, it’s going to be perfect for our family photoshoot.

This is a great company with great products and even better customer service. I purchased a charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases. The shipping all the way to the US was incredibly fast (maybe a few days). Sadly, when my order arrived, my duvet cover was a different shade of gray than the pillow cases and fitted sheet. I reached out to their customer service department and they were apologetic and beyond happy to send me a new duvet cover of the proper color. It sound like the reason for the color discrepancy was due to a recent changing of their materials/dye process to improve the quality of the linen. All in all, they were very quick to respond and super easy to work with. I am beyond happy with my experience and would happily buy from them again. Well worth the price for quality products and services.

I love buying linen products from Magic Linen. They are very responsive when I have custom orders and go out of their way to ensure I can get what I am wanting. I have ordered from Magic Linen for the past 5 years and continue to fill my home with their high quality linen products.

I’ve ordered 2 couch covers and 6 custom sham covers from them. Great quality for affordable prices! We wash them in sanitize mode (maximum temp and spin) and have had no problems with the fabric. If anything, it has gotten even softer and comfier. No color fading as well, it’s amazing. When I had difficulties with my sham (too tight), customer service was EXCELLENT in working with me to accommodate a new design that works for my needs. I definitely recommend them and my only regret is buying my linen sheets from Parachute instead of Magic Linen… ML has cheaper and way better linen with lasting colors and great customer service! Shipping was also fairly quick for something custom made.

Been using them for years and I love all my items form Magic Linen, they are the no.1 stop for linen for me. The colours are delectable, and picking/choosing, and designing your own colour scheme is amazing.

The garment I got is beautiful and beautifully made. I ordered the wrong size, and I was able to return it easily and I love my pants. The employees were kind and caring.

I am so happy with my new tablecloth! The quality is amazing and the tablecloth feels so soft!

Also, I was so happy to see this product is made in Europe!

I highly recommend this product and brand if you are looking for high quality tablecloth with lots of colour options to choose from.

I absolutely LOVE this linen. It is of magnificent quality. The styles, especially the large frilled pillow cases and doona covers are simply stunning. I have been buying linen from Magic Linen for years and it really lasts because it is of such high quality. Service is also fantastic. I will always shop here.

I looked at a lot of companies when I wanted to buy some linen bedding and decided on Magic Linen because I really liked the story of their company and how they employ local women who make their products in-house in Lithuania instead of being mass produced in a factory. I have made several orders and have been very happy with everything - their products are beautifully made with thoughtful details and the linen is a wonderful texture that is the perfect combination of soft but sturdy which is great for long lasting sheets and towels. The duvet cover that I purchased from ML still looks and feels great after a year of use. Beyond the quality of their products, they are just a great company in general - very efficient and genuine customer service that shows that they really care about their customers. I feel like all of these aspects make them an excellent company to support!

Customer service was outstanding. I exchanged for the wrong size and then had to make changes to my delivery address due to travels. Kornelija helped me throughout the process, informing me of status and ensuring I got what I needed. She was so helpful and friendly. Plus the comforter cover is just beautiful and excellent quality. A great product and great service!

My Japanese cross back apron is wonderful - beautiful linen, great cut. Arrived very quickly and is already in use. Highly recommended!

I had the best experience with Magic Linen from ordering to receiving the item! They are responsive and answered my questions, and when FedEx messed up they even shipped a replacement at no extra charge! The items arrived within 4 days. Ordered a pair of white shorts and top. The color of the shorts didn't match the website and they decided to ship out a new pair, while letting me keep the first pair. Truly a company that cares about customer satisfaction!

I decided to take a chance with my initial purchase of a Queen size duvet cover, that I decided to get 2 additional ones within minutes of watching their video of the production and care their seamstress showed in the creation of these beautiful linen duvets. Okay, maybe I was slightly feeling whimsical and I needed to believe that this company would not disappoint me; I've not had a great deal of luck in finding something in the stores or Amazon and was extremely hesitant about any company that was so far away from the western part of Canada where I live. Magic Linen was more than gracious in their correspondence with me and before too long the production process began and I was wondering how long it would take. It wasn't more than five days later; with a tracking number provided, that I received my first duvet; having been already in stock and it was stunning! I mean seriously! It was simply beautiful work that the seamstress did on this duvet cover and I immediately washed it so I could sleep with it that very night. Oh my god did I sleep well. I cannot believe that I could have missed out on having this in my life because I didn't take that leap of faith. The other 2 are on there way across the globe 🌎 and will be here in a few days and I can't wait to show them off to my family. Please never hesitate with this company; they are fabulous beyond words and the quality of their Linen is simply magical...
