Really Cool App! I would recommend it for all of those who really want to go a next step in term of mailing new potential clients

I have been using Mailbutler for several months. It is an amazing app and I totally recommend it. The integration with other Apps such as ToDoist and Evernote is super easy. If you a person for whom the email is a key part of your work, Mailbutler is the App you need.

I am really happy with mailbutler. It lets me keep track of if my emails have been received and read and this is really useful in my business.

This it the only plugin needed to make Apple Mail my daily driver for all mail activities. Easy to install and adding all those missing features in just a few seconds. Great support and ongoing development and adding features.

All that the Mail app could be to be perfect is accomplished with this amazing plugin. Mailbutler has saved my ass so many times via Undo Send, Attachment reminders, etc. The best addition to your mail client!

The Mailbutler add-on forse Apple Mail is incredible. Expecially the send later feature is very useful if you want schedule a lot of email. I'm a video editor and sometimes I finish renderings and exports late in the night and i want to schedule the email for the clients the morning after.
I love also the tracking functions. Thanks a lot to all the Mailbutler team.

Mailbutler bietet sehr viele nützliche Funktionen für Apple Mail durch viele kleine sehr hilfreiche Tools.
Rückruf falls man sich mal verschrieben hat oder was vergessen hatte mit einzufügen es aber noch im letzten Moment bemerkte zB oder das Terminieren der Mails auf eine bestimme Zeit ein Knaller, Notizen hinzufügen und Bemerkungen zu den Mails ist ein Traum.

Dieses Tool ist quasi Pflicht für jeden Mail Nutzer!!

I have long searched for Apple Mail alternative but they all were mediocre (which I found out after some time) and decided to let go of all the extra features and just stay with reliable Apple Mail. When Mailbutler caught my attention I was skeptical at first but it turns out they did an incredible job of making Mail so much more useful! I am sure most people will feel very natural about it and with time it feels like it is just better Apple Mail. I highly recommend - and I don't use all of it's features yet!

The word butler says it all, this app and mail integration is about convenience and automation. I actually enjoy opening my emails now :)

I have had Mailbutler for a number of years and I enjoy the numerous features that allow me to trust the message going to my recipients is the best possible. The confirmation of receipt is important to me and I sometimes need to verify if the message was received and possibly opened.

I would like to have the full Mailbutler suite to have an opportunity to experiences all the features of this great program.

I've tried almost every email apps on iOS/MacOS over these years.

Just bring out some major app that most of the people use:

-Outlook: not so good, format feels like it's sacrificing Apple system but to adapt windows.
-Spark: feels nice, but lots of cool features not available in some places like China which need VPN on, bad.
-Canary: paid to be lifetime pro both on MacOS & iOS with the money I saved up for 3 months, then found out email tracking not available unless I have my VPN turned on. And the synchronization between iPhone & MacBook via iCloud is extremely slow. Not so good.
-Edison: too expensive for a pro monthly subscription, lagging on macOS. Not good.
-Airmail: it's just not a good app for business correspondence, complex settings, not very good.
-Apple Mail: seems right, easy to use, just too simple. Seems like Apple users only get this to use.

-Apple Mail + Mailbutler: Excellent.
· email tracking - turned my world upside down, I mean, how fast can it be responding? And I don't even need my VPN turned on! Improved my productivity so much in work!
· message - reminds me of the emails that I couldn't respond at the moment. Right on time, and on date.
· contact information - showing me the best suggested time to reach out, and I tried, they really responded me back immediately!

There're so much more to say, but mailbutler is sincerely the best email related app so far I've ever seen and used for my whole life.

This is a great plugin for Apple's Mail app. I'm a database consultant, and my clients are not always in a hurry to reply to my inquiring emails during development. I want to send 2nd Attempt if I don't get a reply in 2 days, and at the same time I have no idea if they saw the email. Mailbutler allows me to see if the email I've sent has been read or not.....or at least opened or not. This along with the reminders and such are great for the way I do business. Try this app, and I'll bet you keep it.

I tried too many other tools before. Mailbutler is the one we like, as the outlook plugin. WE LOVE IT!!!

Mailbutler is an excellent tool that I use every day. It’s deep integration into the mail environment on MacOS makes it working so good.
I can highly recommend it.
