Add badly needed features to Apple mail especially send later. Who wants people nagging them at 1am, but that may be the time you are up working.

This has been one of the best utilities to both "track" mail but, more important;y, to immediately mark the message for follow-up in a manner the links directly to Todoist (which basically runs almost every aspect of my life- from bill payment reminders, to shopping lists, to business and personal tasks)

I also use the "recall" feature to retrieve an email from the Outbox more often than I ever thought I would, to grab a "sent" email before it has actually been "sent" to add one last thought... (which usually occurs about 3 seconds after hitting "send")

Very interesting tool, which would deserve to improve the interface for the options , to be more friendly user

Mailbutler is an awesome tool, I can track opened emails from my customers and I can follow up in a timely manner, not too early but not to late!
Also the contact and follow up management works great! I can recommend it to everyone who works in sales and other departments where follow up is crucial.

Fantastic app that helps me schedule when emails are sent (don't want people thinking I have no life and email people at 2am, even if that's the case) and also to track and see that emails were, in fact, read by the recipient. Overall I find the efficiencies save me time.

Mailbutler is great - it adds extra functionality to Apple Mail making it easier to use.

I chose Mailbuttler because I just started my self-employment and was looking for a tool to help me send emails. The features of Mailbuttler are so cool and easy to use. I use the email templates and send later feature a lot. The tool is super helpful.

MailButler is excellent add-on software for our email client. I use Apple Mail and it is the only plug-in for the app that I have consistently used for the last three years and I cannot imagine using Mail without it. As a very small business owner with very big needs for managing and monitoring email, MailButler is a gamechanger. It turns average built-in software into a rival for a full Microsoft Exchange deployement for an individual user, at least in terms of features.

This is an indispensable tool for Mail in Mac OS X. It is the only software of its kind on the platform that does everything you want in an email suite. I only wish the subscription pricing was slightly more affordable in USD.

I've been using MailButler for Apple Mail for several years now and it is a must-have app for me. Features I love and could not do without are scheduling, templates, and tracking. The template feature is the most time-saving and convenient feature as I often send multiple nearly identical emails to large groups of people and I don't want to use an email service. I can also attest to the very prompt and helpful customer service. This company is very responsive.

Mailbutler is full of features that lacks in Apple's Mail platform. I own a small business and Mailbutler's features has minimized my time usually spent replying to contacts and leads. A must-have for Apple Mail users

Love to be able to schedule my e-mails. Batch-writing them is very useful to maintain good workflow. It makes it easier to focus on the really vital messages so that one does not drown in the flood of e-mails and can stay on top of them.

I think Mailbutler is a fantastic tool to manage your mail interactions - from giving you a moment of sober second thought before releasing your email to finding out if your mail has been read. The second point is invaluable in many professional cases and sometimes handy in personal situations. And, this is just scratching the surface. If you use mail to find and maintain relationships and business, Mailbutler gives you tools that are almost like having an assistant at your side, designing interactions, prompting next steps and reminding you of details you don't want clogging up your day.

This e-mail service is a life-saver. It helps me to work ahead. I love the ability to schedule my e-mails. I work much at night and am able to prepare needed e-mails to distribute to my team for specific deadlines - ahead of time. I also utilize various e-mail accounts and this program helps me to keep things organized to a tee. I can not wait to dive into some of the other features of this program. Thank you, Mailbutler.

Pretty awesome, Makes work much more efficient.

Mail Butler links my emails via tasks to Todoist – huge. With the kanban view in Todoist, I can link the emails for cross-reference. This alone has saved me hours by not having to search through my mailbox for a specific email. The other integrations are undoubtedly valuable if you use one of those other apps like Evernote, Trello or Slack.

I can keep notes in Mail Butler about each email and followup dates are very useful to me. Email is, unfortunately, the main method of communication with clients and Mail Butler helps me organize the chaos without getting in the way. This is not CRM, but it is really excellent contact management which should be part of every CRM, but is sadly lacking in many CRM solutions.

A couple of features that I didn't think I'd use were the "undo send" and the attachments reminder. Thank you for saving me from embarrassing email mistakes like not including a CC and forgetting to attach a file. I'm upgrading to include the contacts feature now because I see how I can save more time by letting Mail Butler organize and track my email activity.

I have tried so many software solutions to help me organize my communications, tasks and notes and I have found that, at least for now, this actually works for me. I hope it works for you as well.
