We ordered an item in September. It never arrived. Despite repeated calls to the customer services we were just told it was going to arrive shortly and would be delivered soon. We have been given multiple dates after which we call back and are told another date. Three months later we eventually gave up any hope that we would receive it and asked for a refund. They have told me that they are unable to cancel my order and refund my money as it remains "in preparation".

It took over a month to receive the good. One item arrived broken and I had another item sent with different colour from order. they refunded me the candle but organised a company to collect the incorrect item and expected me to spend from 9am til 5pm at home waiting for a collection of an item they sent incorrectly??? Honestly? Horrible service. Avoid it.

The table has some faults and doesn’t perfectly close

Wir haben uns vor noch nicht mal einem Jahr eine neue Couch gegönnt, da mein Partner und ich beide wert drauf legen, Möbel länger zu haben, haben wir uns keine günstige Couch gekauft, sondern eben das
Skandinavisches 3/4-Sitzer Ecksofa, hellgrau von Maison du Monde.

Eigentlich waren wir zum Anfang sehr zufrieden, die Lieferung ging relativ schnell und alles hat gut geklappt. Etwas überrascht waren wir allerdings schon von Anfang an über das L-Teil. Dieses ist eigentlich nur ein Hocker, auf den mit Klettverschluss ein Polster drauf kommt. (Das ist bei vielen günstigeren Couchen besser gelöst) Alles sehr wackelig, aber zu Anfang hat alles gut gepasst, daher haben wir sie auch behalten. Sie hat uns optisch einfach so gut gefallen.

Nun nach nicht mal einem Jahr, ist das Eck wo dieser Polster vom L aufliegt schon total zu vergessen. Dort zu sitzen macht Rückenschmerzen und ist einfach nicht bequem, da man total schief da sitzt und das lässt sich zwar durch auf schütteln und neu zusammen setzten richten - aber dies hält vl 5 Minuten.

Das traurige ist, dass wir die Couch nicht mal wirklich viel genutzt haben. Da wir sie im Jänner gekauft haben, dann viel unterwegs waren und über die wärmere Jahreszeit eigentlich nur draußen saßen. Also die Abnutzung sollte gering sein, könnte man meinen. Für den Preis finde ich das einfach nur schade und möchte daher davor warnen, diese nicht zu kaufen.

Wir müssen uns nun schon wieder überlegen eine neue zu kaufen, da man so keinen Besuch sitzen lassen kann und das nach nicht mal einem Jahr. Meine alte 300 € Couch vom schwedischen Möbelhaus hat ganze 8 Jahre gehalten... Gibt sicher auch gute Modelle, die hier kann einfach NICHTS!

The shop is full of marvelous objects, both for the home and for christmas time. You need quite time to see carefully all the proposals in all the space with so many things for home. Very beautiful the "panels" with the decorations for christmas trees.

They stole my money! Instead of my order they put inside the box some small cheap stuff I didn’t order and sent me. And didn’t want to makr a refund!!

Awful customer service. Bought a display cabinet which arrived broken, have made call after call to which I’m told it has been escalated to the manager Yossra, who refuses to call me back, excuse after excuse why she is not available. Was hoping to get this sorted before Christmas but am losing hope of that. Do not use this company.

I received my bookcase in August. Cost was just short of £1800. The three sections were obviously from different batches as the screw holes didn't match. There was water marks on the item. I sent a complaint and the following week received an a
Apology and offered vouchers. I said I didn't feel this was good enough and they can have the item back. Three months later after regular emails with no response. I got an email saying they were collecting the next day. By this time I had already got someone in the redrill the holes. I emailed them to say I expected some compensation. That was 3 weeks ago. No response snd I don't expect any.
I feel so sorry for staff in customer service they are clearly not coping.

Terrible service. Have been trying to return and get a refund for these items for 6 week but no one comes to collect. I call every week and am told it will be escalated but then hear nothing back. Will never buy anything from here again

Really happy with my Mango Wood side table, it’s beautiful, excellent quality and true to description and images. My table arrived promptly and the courier communication was very good. This was my first experience with Maisons du Monde and I can honestly say it was faultless. Thankyou. 👍🏻

I wasn't sure what to expect tbh, as I'm quite wary of buying online from unknown sources.
I was pleasantly surprised by Maisons du Monde UK!
I bought 2 items and were kept up to date about delivery times, etc, and the items arrived on time and was very well packaged.
Items were of good quality and as decribed on the website.
I'll definitely purchase from them again!

If you like IKEA furniture with inflated price tags then this is the place to buy from.

Bought a desk for my daughters birthday gift. On opening it to build noticed a broken piece of wood. Messaged to advise of this damaged part and was told because I am outwith the 30 days they will not help me. Well I’m not exactly going to build a desk then try and hide it until the birthday!! This could easily have been resolved by sending me a new piece of wood. Rather, I was advised on messenger by a rather arrogant customer advisor, that it also wasn’t covered under a warranty because of improper installation or storage. Well you usually store in the way it arrives in the box!! I can assure it was not improper installation, just damaged cheap wood.

Save your money and buy from a reputable site.

I have been waiting for a table to be delivered since AUGUST!!!! After several emails and calls I finally got hold of the company and was then told there was an issue with the product and they would send me a replacement. That was October. Still not received the item or any news from their ‘delivery partner’ who seem just as useless. Never had an issue before, extremely disappointed.

Love this bookcase! We have placed it in our kitchen and it matches our black units perfectly.
Great storage and looks great too!

Terrible delivery and customer service - ordered a product 3 weeks a go - they gave me a window of 10 days for my delivery - on the 10th day I call and they tell me the product delivery has been delayed and they could not tell me anything more. They suggested a wait a week and then call back. This is not the first time this company has been terrible with delivery and customer service.

I cannot explain how awful my experience has been with this unprofessional company.

I ordered a picture frame, which took ages to arrive in the first place. When my package finally arrived, they had sent me the complete wrong item, some sort of coat hooks. I rang them up and explained the situation to the customer service team, I was informed that they can only issue me a refund once the incorrect item they'd sent me had been collected. I explained that I work away and cannot be home for the collection times their carrier provides (Monday-Friday, and between 0900-1700). It also isn't my problem that they sent me the wrong item so why should I be inconvenienced and have to take a day off work just so their wrong doing can be collected?

The customer service advisors were extremely rude, ignorant and actually put me on hold mid sentence. I was informed my case had been escalated and I would hear back within 24-48 hours. Fast forward another 8 phone calls, being told the same thing every time, I was never contacted by a manager as I was told I would be on 3 occasions. I was told that they were escalating my case to a higher management team and trying to process my refund without the collection.

Now, they have emailed me to say I need to book a collection service for the refund..... ITS ACTUALLY A JOKE AT THIS POINT.

I haven't received the goods I have paid for, they are holding my money illegally for an error they have made. This is infact breaching consumer rights and I will be reporting this to trading standards.

I just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!

I love the mirror and the service was very good. Only issue is that I paid £208 and the week after delivery it was reduced to £145.

Compré un sofá Broadway y ha sido un fracaso. El primero vino con fallos y tuvieron que llevárselo sobre la marcha. El segundo aún peor, antes del año tenía ya hundido el asiento, les reclamé en periodo de garantía y no respondieron. Ahora tiene unos hoyos horribles. Lo peor es como responde la empresa, según ellos al sofá no le pasaba nada, les dije que las fotos no dejaban ver el problema, pero no quisieron mandar a un técnico a comprobarlo. ¡Y pensar que cambié el anterior que tenía 16 años y estaba estupendo, por este porque me apetecía uno nuevo!!!!.
