Great and always prompt with their replies

This is the first time I have used an online agent and was somewhat nervous! However, the process was easy and efficient. I let my flat within 24hours of it being advertised and had the tenancy agreements drawn up and signed within a week. It was essential for me that I could contact someone by phone and this was also possible. Many thanks!

A brilliant first class service....couldn't have managed without them!

I was sceptical at using an on line Agency, but after a disaster with a High Street Estate Agents, I’ve been so pleased I swapped.its much much cheaper and they're very quick with the on line paperwork. Would never go back to High Street Agency now,

Extraordinarily straightforward process it was to find possible tenants and arrange viewings. Once we had selected one MakeURmove drive the entire vetting and contracting details.
Their proactive approach meant that we did not have to think about the pitfalls into which the amateur can fall all too easily.

From start to finish communication is excellent and great value for money. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and always one step ahead.

Had to chase them to follow up a couple of things which they did immediately otherwise would be 5 stars. Have always replied and sorted anything very quickly.

I am used to using estate agents locally however they were charging £500 for finding a tenant and does not include inventory and so this was extra on top of the £500 already paid. Makeurmove offered a slightly cheaper service at a small monthly fee and including the inventory check in report, it was less than the estate agent so I decided to give them a go. The service was great, advertisement is good as it can be uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla straight away. The amendments you make on your advert online is reflected to the advert almost straight away. The rest of the process I.e. signing agreements, credit checks, referencing, deposit register are all done very smoothly. Nothing else can be faulted! They also communicate with you over text as well, so you can message a number and they respond to you very quickly. This service I really like because I can often text but not speak on the phone at work.

The only thing I would say that I didn’t like was that they arranged viewings and didn’t really provisionally vet them, i.e checking to make sure that they can actually afford the rent. You will definitely be 10/10 if you pre-vet potential tenants to make sure they can afford their rent based on their salary. I did a viewing and it turns out she couldn’t afford the rent anyway. If that process is ironed out you would definitley be 10/10.

The stars should be 4.5 out of 5 but I can’t do that.

Great service .very professional. Also very helpful over the phone if you don't understand some of the procedures. Good value as well. found a.tenent within hours of listing .I can't praise them enough

A very useful and efficient company that is good at finding tenants and are on the ball with tenancy agreements, deposits etc . Their helpfulness and communications with landlords is much improved so I would recommend them

Good service throughout my property being rented

Prompt efficient service. 2nd time I've used Makeurmove (last time over 5 years ago) with complete satisfaction. They even answer the phone with real people. Only two weeks between long term tenants moving out, and the new ones moving in. Electrical certificate sorted within 4 days and references soon after.

Fantastic professional service. I love the dashboard with ability manage properly details and documents, the automated booking system, and the ability to generate documents online for electronic signature.
