I ordered a card on a Monday for a friends birthday on the following Saturday thinking that would be loads of time for delivery (I live in Dublin so it didnât have to travel far).
The card took over a week to deliver so wasnât here in time for the birthday.
Whilst I love your products, you really need to work on the after sales process.
