The villa was fantastic - very spacious and very very clean.
The crystal clear infinity pool was lovely for everyone to use and play in on hot afternoons; or moonlit swims with a beautiful surrounding countryside backdrop.
The local restaurants at S'Horta we found very welcoming with delicious food - only a short drive away.
Well done MSH.

We have just returned from a family and friends holiday in this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic time and spent much of our time within the grounds of the villa simply because it was a beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed the gardens, the pool, the tennis and the table tennis and I really cannot fault the villa.
The surrounding villages are lovely with some great restaurants nearby and we can't wait to return!

We spent a wonderful week in Cala Sant Vicenc in house Cavall. House Cavall has modern architecture and nothing is missing in the house. Kitchen is modern and fully equiped. Music via Internet is possible to have in each room via bussystem. ( some description how to use it would be helpful ) Nice Swimming pool and separat Jacuzzi.
One star I reduce because the Hygiene Status was not how we expected in relation to this superb house. Also there is no private parking, Parking is on the street in front of the house. When you go with car for Shopping in Pollensa or Alcudia and you return in late morning, probably there is no parking place available, because Cala Sant Vicenc is highly frequented by tourists and parking capacity is quickly utilized.
Generally we have been Maximum satisfied with Mallorca farmhouses, we got by email all necessary informaton for the stay in the house and also short before Arrival sms with the code for the key box and the Alarm System of the house.

Everything were excellent

Our Villa near Santinyi was large enogh for 12 people but there were 9 of us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was good. The villa itself needed an upgrade, though, especiallly the kitchen and some of the bathrooms. We could find only one hairdryer! The TV worked - which is a miracle in Majorca! The pool area was lovely as was the BBQ except for the fact that there was no light directed on to the BBQ itself which made cooking difficult after dark. We arrived after dark and it was difficult to find without a satnav but we managed it in the end!

Second time using MFH, albeit 12 years apart! Thankfully the villas and service was still as good as the first time we used them. Absolutely stunning villa, was surprised that in the description it didnt include sea view - i know it was only just but would have been an extra selling point for us!

Porto Petro harbour is lovely, pretty and has decent amenities: shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Only a few minutes from villa on foot. No beach but Mondrago Coves 5mins in car.
Villa: clean and well cared for. Interiors a little dated but comfortable. Kitchen: excellent.
Bathrooms: also a little dated but spacious. Showers are good, plenty of hot water. Wifi: good, able to stream Netflix to I pad.
Outside/pool: again clean and well cared for. Very pretty gardens which although not huge do surround the villa. Be aware the pool faces the street which is very quiet and residential - however it is overlooked by the opposite neighbours, though they were not intrusive. Entry to the pool is via ladder and it shelves quiet quickly to deeper water. Also there are some steep steps from the pool area to the drive which could be tricky for parents with toddlers. Lovely covered terrace and outside dining area... Though slippy tiles!
Decent air-con but on timer so worth hiring fans too in high summer.
Overall very relaxing holiday.

We really enjoy the stay with Mallorca Farmhouses. All was as we expected and even better.
House was nice and clean, pool was great, location excellent.

Excellent apartment for two, right in the middle of Palma, but still quiet amidst the tourist bustle of August.

Lovely villa. We were 4 adults and two children. Plenty of space and good facilities with a beautiful pool and plenty of room. Bit of a walk to the beach in the heat and it was extremely busy (August).
Plenty of bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Arrived mid afternoon for a ten night stay travelling as a middle aged couple.
Upon arrival the property was overwhelmingly musty, air freshners immediately supplied by Mallorca Farmhouses, didn't really help.
Unsecure rear window, this could be slid open from the outside and couldn't be locked. Very nervous nights sleep and during our short stay this was not fixed.
Missing tiles on shower floor, just basic maintenance! This unfortunately led to a slash to the heel, somewhat hindering our remaining time on holiday, Mallorca Farmhouses didn't seem interested or bothered as, " no one else has complained". Not the response you would expect.
Pool mouldy with tiles missing, two large green mould patches on floor of pool and more disrepair to tiled entrance steps.
Absolutely filthy barbecue, much cleaning required.
Air conditioning unit smelt awfull/mouldy when tried, for obvious reasons we could not use, leaving us very uncomfortable when inside the property.
Only offerd alternative accommodation at the opposite side of the island! We had to find somewhere to sleep ourselves as we couldn't stay in the property any longer, we received no help from Mallorca Farmhouses.
So far, despite picture evidence and Mallorca Farmhouses confirming the property should not have been in that condition and constant correspondence, we have recieved only 50% refund so far, leaving us with a legal battle ahead. All in all a disgusting company, villa and service from Mallorca Farmhouses!

The staff were all helpful and friendly to deal with. The villa was exactly as described and was lovely.

Beautiful villa if a little remote for some people, we loved it the views were just stunning and the villa was only 10minutes from s Horta. We have stayed in many of your villas over the years, all very good but this was the best. Will certainly book to again

Seriously the most reliable and professional holiday operators we have dealt with in 25 years! Total peace of mind. What you see is what you get and more. Great job to all at Mallorca Farmhouses.

mosquitos nets in each room would have been a great (non-expensive) plus
bath sheets too small
a minimum of basic kitchen supplies should be avalable when arriving (salt, pepper, paper,..)
some of us found the bed mattress to be too strong
check out (10AM is quite early for families (we had 4 small kids)

We had the most wonderful time staying at Finca Tomas near Cala St Vincente. The property itself is very well presented, perfectly clean and comfortable. The outdoor barbeque area is perfect for the evenings. Of course, the pool is the highlight. It is bigger than it appears in the photos and the view from it is breath-taking. The grounds are stunning and very well kept. Prior to our arrival we received an information pack that was very useful. Most importantly it contained some very accurate and useful directions to the property; we were very grateful for those after a long day travelling. On several occasions we contacted the in country contact Julie who was very helpful and friendly. The property is conveniently located between Cala St Vincente and Pollensa (market on Sunday was great) and is about a 5 minute drive from the closest supermarket. We found that it was very easy to visit Palma, Valdemossa and the Formentor, Alcudia and Playa del Muro beaches from there. All in all, I highly recommend this property and Mallorca Farmhouses. We had a fabulous holiday.

What a lovely villa! The house and gardens were well looked after and the location was good too. The villa is quite large so we were not in top of each other. We spent slot of time out side. Beautiful garden- loved it!
