SCAM!!! Please stay away!
- they refuse to return the guarantee money that they took from December last year (car was in order as per received form documentation)
- on top: lies, arrogance, disinformation, passive aggressive by both phone and email and more other lies....
also there is a solid suspicion that they LEAK THE CLIENT DATA to 3rds (this includes also the credit card and/or other payment information).

Mi marido llamo en dos ocasiones,
una de las ocasiones fue a las dos o tres semanas de volver de nuestro viaje a palma le dijo que aún estaban en plazo para devolver el dinero, pasado ese plazo al mes y algo volvio a llamar para reclamar y aún encima le faltaron el respeto hablando mal y subidos de tono con mucha soberbia.
Aquí os cuánto un poco nuestra historia para que entendais de que estoy hablando.
Alquilamos un coche con esta compañía MALLORCAR a primeros de octubre al llegar al aeropuerto nos pidieron una fianza de 1150 euros, si el coche se entrega en perfecto estado se devuelve integra.
Yo no estaba muy convencida le dije a mi marido delante del muchacho de acuerdo le aremos un video al coche como garantia si usted está de acuerdo me dijo que si para ver cómo nos lo llevamos y como se lo devolvemos cuando dejemos el coche nos mandan un correo diciendo que el coche está en perfecto estado que en unos días recibiremos la fianza.
Estamos a 21 de enero osea tres meses y alguna senama después de nuestro viaje y aun seguimos a la espera.
Ya estamos tomado medidas judiciales junto a nuestro buffet de abogados ya que ni se dignan a contestar al correo electrónico y por llamada solo nos dicen que eso no es cosa de ellos que es de la oficina en fin se están riendo de nosotros y hasta aquí llegó nuestra paciencia.

El coche estaba impecable, el tanque de gasolina lleno, las referencias para recogida y devolución clarísimas. Coche nuevo adecuado a nuestra petición. Todo estupendo. Totalmente recomendable. La devolución de la fianza ha tardado unos días, pero todo perfecto. Para repetir!

No se os ocurra unos estafadores en toda regla ni era el coche ni te devuelven el dinero te cobran de más la gasolina unos auténticos sinverguenzas mil llamadas nadie lo coje mil correos nada.Hacerme caso buscar otra cualquiera

Horrible!!! Avoid this scam car rental company at any cost! Absolutely outrageous behavior! Three weeks before arriving in Mallorca, I booked a car with an automatic transmission. I made a 100% prepayment and received a confirmation of the reservation. Three hours before arrival, the somewho from Mallorcar called me and told me in croocked English that my reservation was cancelled and they could provide me with a completely different car with a manual transmission. The person who called spoke to me in a very rude manner and was rude, constantly interrupting me and not letting me say anything. Then he simply cursed me with the most humiliating words and hung up! How do you like this approach? It's just a disgrace! This is the first time I've encountered such inadequate behavior towards a client! Bravo, Spain!

Had a booking cancelled within 24 hours of the start date due to conditions out of their hands which I accept. This being said I was told they had nothing to offer me in return, sorry and they would email me the cancellation and refund me immediately. This however has not been the case, almost a month later and still no email and still no refund. I have called several times a day and probably get through one in 10 times maximum to be greeted by someone saying oh yes sorry we will send the money today or tomorrow. Still yet to happen and my most recent interaction involved being shouted at and called a liar as I would have been offered an alternative car which i categorically was not or I would have taken it. I have also tried sending emails through their link on the website and I haven’t received a single response or acknowledgement of my message.

All in all, it’s a scam and the company should be closed down

SCAMMERS when they give you the car they ask for 122 euros in advance for gas which they don't give back and should absolutely be avoided

Un desastre. Ni era el coche que pedí, ni estaba lleno, y me cobraron 30 euros por repostar cuando estaba el coche vacío a la llegada. Contaré un coche lleno, si bien solo tenia autonomía para 50 km.
Lo que me dijeron por teléfono no se cumplió luego.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Please don’t rent it, you'll regret it. I rented a car at the end of May, the price is ok, I delivered the car clean, they inspected it and said it was ok and they would return the deposit they blocked for fuel, I've been waiting for 3 months and they haven't returned it, I send an email and they don't respond. Don't rent from this company, If you rent you will lose money.

Empresa de alquiler NADA recomendable. Son unos ESTAFADORES. Pagas 122,40€ en concepto de depósito lleno y al finalizar el alquiler te quitan 50€ alegando cualquier cosa de las que pone en el contrato en letra ilegible (coche sucio, entrega tardía... Etc.), y claro, ni contestan a los emails ni te mandan fotos ni nada, es su palabra contra la nuestra.
La persona que atiende el teléfono móvil es un MALEDUCADO y PREPOTENTE, te insulta y te cuelga el teléfono si no le interesan tus quejas.
En definitiva, al precio de alquiler sumarle 50€ que os van a robar.

Me han cancelado la reserva de mi coche un día antes de mi llegada a Mallorca. Me han enviado un correo de cancelación sin dar explicaciones. Después me ha llamado un señor mal educado y poco respetuoso, diciendo que el coche que me tenían asignado ha sufrido un accidente. Me meto en su web y veo que tienen coches del mismo segmento al que había reservado pero al doble de precio. Menudos estafadores.

I reserved a car from mallorcar because of the good and competitive price, including full insurance and additional discount for suv models, only after that I read the comments about the company on the Internet and was sincerely worried. I contacted the contact numbers given, and spoke to a gentleman who explained in detail what their policy was for paying a fuel deposit. At first I was surprised because I hadn't come across this requirement on their website, but the truth is that I usually look for a car rental without a deposit and excess, but we have always left a deposit specifically for the fuel. So I agreed to that. It was a surprise to me that I had to pay for the airport parking, but it actually happened that even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours, we only paid 10 euros for parking. Considering that the price for the car was pretty good, that 10 euros seemed reasonable to me. The employee from the company sent us a video and we very quickly found the car, late in the evening at the unknown airport. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The next day we decided that we wanted to extend the period in which we use the car for another day, I wrote to the employee of the company on whatsapp and he immediately sent me the extension of the contract and the insurance, the price seemed even low. On the last day, the employee came to pick up the car from the hotel we were staying at, and we agreed on the exact time beforehand. I am very happy with the service of mallorcar and glad that nothing written as a comment on the internet was true. We had a wonderful holiday in Mallorca with the services of Mallorcar and will recommend the company to all friends in Bulgaria.

El coche de alquiler en si estaba muy bien y limpio pero quiero destacar dos cosas: para la recogida no solicitamos el servicio de recogida rápida sin pasar por la oficina (que tenía un coste de 10 euros), pero un día antes del vuelo me llamaron diciéndome que debido a la gran afluencia de gente prevista para el día de nuestra llegada, me activan ese servicio de forma gratuita. MENTIRA. Recoges el coche y a la salida del aeropuerto tuvimos que pagar 8,50 del parking. Le pregunté qué este gasto quién lo asumía y ni me contestaron.
En el vídeo explicativo para la recogida, el señor que me explica cómo tengo que hacerlo todo me insiste que me lea atentamente las instrucciones que hay dentro del coche para la entrega y así lo hicimos. Pues tras dejar el coche tal y como dicen en sus instrucciones, hablo con uno de los trabajadores que fué extremadamente DESAGRADABLE Y CHULESCO y me dijo que no había hecho bien la entrega, que era de lógica hacerlo de otra forma (y no como viene en las instrucciones que dejan dentro del coche e insisten que te estudies para hacerlo así).
Por lo tanto hay que remarcar la PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE que tiene esta empresa.

Fatal la experiencia con esta compañía,llegas al aeropuerto,no tiene ninguna oficina de atención al cliente como otras,ni carteles que indiquen donde están,los llamas no te cogen el teléfono y cuando lo hacen te dicen que aún queda media hora para coger el coche,que esperemos en el parking,pasa más de la media hora y no aparece nadie..una trabajadora de otra compañía al vernos desesperados se pone en contacto con la jefa de esta compañía diciéndole que tiene 2 clientes esperando,llega un tipo 40 minutos después de la hora de recogida y no te pide ni disculpas...sin duda cuando vuelva a palma no voy a alquilar coche con esta compañía.. horrible el servicio..

Scam. I booked at the last minute and in hindsight too good a price to be true. Arrived and the first part of the scam is the price paid was full to empty and the prepay cost was equivalent to 2 full tanks of fuel. So basically paid 122euro for 9litres of fuel at 1.7euro. The alternative was to upgrade rental for twice the price, then you only pay the fuel you use. But the second worse part is they took the full 1150euro deposit dispite the car being returned exactly the same condition as rented... it was dusty outside on collection. Apart from that immaculate. Apart from that they park the car in public parking. Took us 2hrs to collect the car and you drop it with noone there and leave the keys in the car. The staff were also unpleasant.

Pongo 1 estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Son unos ESTAFADORES y el que responde al teléfono un MALEDUCADO y DESGRADABLE de mucho cuidado. Apenas 4 horas antes de coger nuestro vuelo, nos llega un correo de dudosa calidad ortográfica diciendo que cancelan el servicio por avería del coche, sin darnos NINGÚN tipo de solución, más que "nos busquemos la vida", y repito a escasas 4 HORAS de llegar a Mallorca. Si llegamos a cancelar nosotros como clientes el servicio el mismo día de llegar, bien que se hubiesen quedado todo el dinero. Son unos impresentables y estafadores!! Ahí os va la demanda

Not easy to find the place at the airport ! Staff is rude ! Will not rent again

Bei der Übergabe kommt ein Mitarbeiter, Typ bester Kumpel, und ist nur am Reden über Mallorca, Italien, Wetter usw. Er musste wegfahren, da das Fahrzeug komplett verdreckt war. Für mein ursprüngliches Fahrzeug fand er den Schlüssel nicht. Sagt er hat voll getankt, aber die Tankanzeige hat ein Problem. Wagen ist voll, aber es fehlt 1 Strich. Tatsächlich fehlten 2 Striche und nach 20 KM Fahrt noch 1 Strich. Verarschung total. Rückgabe sollte mit 7 Strichen erfolgen, habe ich auch so gemacht. Trotzdem wurden von der extra gezahlten 122,40 Euro Benzinkaution 17 Euro einbehalten. Rückgabe sollte kontaktlos erfolgen. Schlüssel und Parkschein ins verschlossene Auto legen und fertig. Jetzt sagt man das wegen dem verschlossenem Auto ein Mitarbeiter erst einen Ersatzschlüssel holen musste. Wie bescheuert sind die eigentlich? Soll ich ein offenes Fahrzeug, mit Schlüssel in einem öffentlichem Parkhaus einfach abstellen. Das nächste mal zahle ich bei der Konkurenz lieber etwas mehr, habe aber eine saubere und ehrliche Abwicklung. Von diesem Anbieter bitte Finger weg.

Es cierto que te engañan,a mí con la gasolina. Devolví el coche con el tanque LLENO y me dicen que lo devolví 6/8 por lo tanto se quedaron con 30€ sin razón ninguna. Tengo las fotos que lo demuestra y aún así no me hacen la devolución. Bueno en bocas palabras no fiaros te engañan.

I hope one day Spanish police or customer care will close this "business". It's unbelievable how infamous JL cheats on people for years.
Claim any refunds with your credit card provider, it works. Just don't let him earn.
