I have always been very happy with your meat, however the last purchase was very disappointing. The steak was very tough. Definitely not what I expect from you.

Malpass Butchery is an excellent place for good quality meat, top quality service and an excellent quality of delivering the goods. All in all the word is QUALITY

*vert good near but I not appreciate Sunday delivery nor it just left on doorway

After a no of phone calls I was told be with you tomorrow a few times it was over a week late time off work for delivery that didn’t arrive as per message told to me a few times then message from fat butcher so say made a mistake so my opinion malpass and fat butcher same company meat wrong packaging said chicken defrost it was pork loin’s not chicken as said on the item so I will not be using again cheers Keith

As per usual the quality of meats/products are second to none! Even with the increase in price the value is very good due to the overall quality. Thanks again for a quick turnaround with the order!

Food was nice but delivery over two weeks late

Order was 8 days late no explanation and no apology not a very good way to keep customers.

Since the Chancellor decided to steal the food from our babies mouths, buying in bulk just makes so much sense. 10 items for £80, with variety and volume it's such great value. We tend to eat a lot of mince and chicken so with just one order from Malpass I can make my 10 items into 20+ dinners, it's a no brainer and my family never go hungry.

A brilliant online butcher to deal with, products are of high standard and fresh.

I Paid £100 for a meat hamper that never turned up .
Only to be told I gave the the wrong address and I wont be getting a re delivery and have lost the money .I checked this and disputed it only to be ignored .
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my elderly pensioner parents .
Total let down.
I have received all my other deliveries from Christmas to this date 30th March 2022
Using the same card and method without any mistakes .
Be warned this is not a good or honest company to do bussiness with.

Rubbish company, awful service, will never order from here again

The meat was delivered late and not chilled. I would recommend not to order from this company. They would not give a refund.

Delivery didn't arrive. Showed as returned to sender. Tried calling and emailed for a week but no answer. I ended up having to contact Jamie malpass via his personal Facebook account to be told he doesn't run the business any more it is actually now the fat butcher. But another week and more messages via him and my order finally turned up

Every order I have placed has been delivered on time. The meat has always been delicious especially the sirloin and ribeye steaks, obviously my favourites. I’ve found them extremely generous and on the odd occasion when an item of turkey was removed from our Christmas delivery after sending the courier's photos of the opened package another was sent immediately and we had the full order sent again. Amazing. I highly recommend this company and all their products.
