I built my first home with Mancorp Quality Homes in 2012 using the First Home Owners grant and the process couldn't have been easier. They built the perfect home for my budget and 3 years later i sold for a good profit. Couldn't be happier with their service / product / customer support/ quality.

It was such an easy process building my first home with Mancorp Quality Homes. That allowed me to get my foot in the door of the property market and start building my portfolio.
Only 2 years after my first build, I then built my first Investment Property.
Once again, Mancorp Quality Homes did an amazing job and were no trouble at all. They walked me through the whole process and helped me find the perfect build for my obscure block. I've had the home rented since 2012 and even had tenants comment on how practical the design is, with the placement of storage and bedrooms etc in practical and useful spots.
You'd be hard pressed to find a better builder.
