I just viewed a property today and Ian was absolute amazing in showing us around the house but also the depth of his local knowledge was absolutely helpful in making a decision. You was not our estate agent ( you couldn't obtain a purchaser for our property) but acted for the property we were buying. We also had some issues with your nominated solicitors, miss communicating, sending wrong answers to queries delaying the process and putting us under unnecessary stress.

We did previously market your property in 2024 and you have since used the service of 2 other estate agents to market your home. I understand that there were a couple of issues with the conveyancing, however, your purchase in my opinion did go through relatively quickly in the scheme of things, 8 weeks from draft contracts being issued. Fantastic service
After a wasted experience with a popular local estate agent , we changed to Manning! Lesley was very knowledgeable and truthful about our expectations when she appraised our property.
All the staff were efficient and polite when making enquiries regarding viewings etc!
Joanne our sale coordinator didn’t take prisoners when getting answers and liaising with our buyers and solicitors. Fantastic service thank you

Quick and Helpful
All the staff have been very helpful and friendly! The experience has been very easy- they give as much time as you need, and have a great system in place, where they immediately have all your portfolio in front of them when you call- very impressive and handy!
The viewings themselves have been helpful, and Karl, who did our viewings, was friendly and reliable. I'd recommend!

Very officiant service. I was kept informed of the ongoing process with s weekly update email / call. All MS staff I had any dealings with were always very professional from the initial valuation to sale completion
