Been buying there jeans for a couple of years now. This most recent collection has some of the most comfortable jeans I have ever tried on.

Wow, I have never seen a single company that has drastically changed as much as Marc Wenn. From being a normal stylish online men’s fashion store to an AMAZING QUALITY store. I ordered the Chelsea boots from their new line for my boyfriend and I’m SHOOK. He says they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes he owns. I was kinda scared to order anything from the store because of the old reviews, but DON’T be discouraged because they are absolutely amazing.

Husband is happy with the pair of shoes he received. We had to wait for 3 months for the shoes to be manufactured due to holidays in Spain. The anticipation was killing us, but I guess it was worth the wait.

Unbelievable boots. I just got a new pair of boots for my husband and they surpassed my expectations. I am very happy with the service :)

I have read different reviews about the company and their service and had more negative feelings towards it. However, I still decided to give it a try.

First of all, I received a notification about my purchase. Contacted their support about my boots update because I did a pre-order. They have responded in less than 24 hours. They kept me updated about boots production all the time and finally, when boots were ready, send me the shipping information.

Second of all, these shoes are awesome! I mean I have expected a very good quality from handmade shoes but these ones are just unbelievable.

They fit like gloves even though I am wearing them on a foot of course. But the feeling is extremely comfortable.

I have risked it and honestly I am very happy that I did. Will buy from them again.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with, they will never ship out or take months to ship. It took me 2 months to get my product. Every week when I contacted them to see if they shipped they said they would respond with a short "It will ship out next week". No apologies, no courtesy, just a short non explanatory response. They just stopped responding after 1st month of not shipping. Earlier, They told me they would throw in a pair of jeans for waiting so long and for my trouble, little did I know they did this to buy time. Those jeans never came and 6 months later I received an email from them saying it's gonna ship out "next week". Yes, they actually taunted me, I have never been mocked by a retail company before. They could have just let it be, but they went out of their way to say that to joke was on me, the consumer. I usually don't post too many reviews online, but since they went out of their way to do that to me, I will take the time to inform the public about their service.They are extremely unprofessional. There is 50/50 chance you will even get your product, just look at the reviews below. The reviews are not just low, the legitimate customers reviewed them 1 star, I'm sure if you could put 0 stars they would have. Honestly and sincerely the worst experience I've ever had online or in retail altogether. All the positive reviews about Marc Wenn were posted on the same day. Coincidence?

The company product should be Marc When!!
You will find that doing any business with this company is an unpleasant experience with only empty promises and fraudulent misrepresentation.
Do not have any dealings with this company, it is run by people that lie, with no morals or business ethic and childish behaviour.

By far the best jeans I own, the fit is perfect , the quality is top notch and very stylish and original. Will definitely purchase again or different styles as I know it will turn out better than I expected!

I Love your shoes really worth it the first time I wore your product was a gift from a friend was really a wonderful product and I have been following your blog I wish you success and glamour Marcwenn for life 😍

Do not buy anything from this unprofessional and rude company. They could careless about you and instead care more about your money even if your product doesn't get to you. I made the mistake of not going back to read reviews about the company instead of purchasing a pair of chelsea boots. They will not respond back to me after I emailed them about getting a refund and when I asked about my order they said they'd get back to me in 24 hours. Well they didn't and Iv'e emailed them several times since and they've just ignored me since emailing about a refund. Also the boots have pretty bad structural quality judging by reviews.

I ordered my pair of Chelsea boots about a month and a half ago and still, I haven't received them. The customer support is slower than a glacier replying roughly about 17 days after you send them an email. After they replied they actually sent me my package, however, Aramex, who Marc Wenn denies they have any association with, calls me saying they need me to pay duties and fees in order for my package to enter Canada from the UK. I thought it was a scam, but apparently not, and my package is now in Jordan. MARC WENN IS THE WORST COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

Ok, I ordered the Chelsea Suede Tan Boots. These arrived today and they are fantastic. The quality is amazing and they fit nice and snug. Whenever I emailed, I received a response within a reasonable amount of time. I would urge people to consider these hand crafted items can take time to produce, and you will not be disappointed. I'm very happy with mine! Thanks guys!

this company is so bad...
their clothes are dope
i have had several bad experiences with their customer service.
once i ordered two pairs of jeans, one blue one black
they sent two blue ones.
i asked them to send the black ones and they said i had to send the blue one back.
mofo i live in the states. return shipping would be through the roof.
not my fault they messed up the order.
after i told them my situation, they never replied.
present day, i pre-ordered a pair of chelsea boots.
shipping date was supposed to be no later than may.
it's july right now.
they still haven't sent them
they won't respond to my emails
their responses are super unprofessional

I placed an order on December 6th, 2016 for the Men's Chelsea Boots - Tan Suede for January 15th release and have yet to receive anything. Several emails have been sent through their website and finally as of last week an email was received that says they would "look into and get back to me today." This is marking the two weeks mark after the email and paypal will not let me dispute. LOST MY MONEY. DO NOT BUY

I purchased a pair of Chelsea boots, took 2 months to get them. They told me they would give me a pair of jeans for the wait, never got them. Customer service is at first seemingly friendly, but if you ever try to follow up and contact them they are rude, and respond shortly with "sometime next week", but most the time they wont even respond at all. The most the disrespectful thing they did is that they ignored my email, inquiring about my jeans, for over 6 months and responded sarcastically by saying "We're shipping out sometime next week." They actually taunted me. It was a joke to them because they knew they weren't going to ship it. I have never been treated like this by a company. To top it off the boots suck. They're are many other affordable brands that make a way better Chelsea boot. Save yourself some time and money and NEVER buy anything from these pricks.

Terrible customer service if i do not recieve my bag i am going to start a boycott campaign. They offered to refu d my order and send it free i made it clear i did not want a refund if i would not recieve my bag. 6 months later and nothing i have paid a second time for the product and still NOTHING... NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NO SHIPPED NOTICE IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH.
