Velocissimi nel rispondere alle mail, ho ricevuto i miei acquisti confezionati ad hoc, dopo quasi un giorno dal pagamento mi sono stati consegnati....

après 10 jours ,toujours pas en possession de ma combinaison qui est pourtant payée,le transporteur fedex m'avais mis rendez vous le 2 avril à 18h mais est venu le midi alors que je travaillais ,j'ai du remettre un rendez-vous fixé le 8 avril entre 14h et 18h or ils avaient prévus de passer avant 14h ,je n'étais pas là ,j'ai donc remis un rendez vous le 14 avril ,mais je ne sais pas à quelle heure ?je vais devoir rester cloitrer chez moi !!!! le site de fedex est très mal fait et impossible d'avoir des personnes au telephone on tombe sur une boite vocale pour le rendez-vous, donc très mécontent de fedex , je ne peux pas dire mon avis sur mareshop ,juste qu'il faudrait un transporteur qui laisse le colis à la poste comme font les autres transporteurs ou un point relais......ma suggestion pour recommander sur mareshop, changer de mode de livraison.....merci d'avance

prix raisonnable dommage que le transport est cher autrement tout est bien , livraison rapide et très bien emballé je recommande cet établisement

Satisfaite sur tous les points excepté sur l'emballage de l'article. j'ai commandé un 1er étage Apeks DS4 qui a un poids plutôt conséquent. Il était simplement posé dans une boite aux dimensions non adaptées sans papier bulle ou autres chips pour le caler. Résultat quand j'ai récupéré mon colis à la poste j'entendais le 1er étage se "balader" à l'intérieur de la boite. Rien de grave car l'objet est solide mais j'aurais préférer un emballage plus adapté (ajout de papier bulle ou autre calage).
Pour le reste (délai de livraison, envoi de la facture, information par mail) aucun souci avec en cadeau un joli porte clé ! :)
