Unfortunately I ordered the wrong paint but didn't discover the mistake until way past the return date. MarineStore honoured my purchase and refunded my money. I ordered the correct paint ( after listening to their advice) and received the parcel within two days. Now that's service!!

Despite contacting Customer Services for information on an overdue item and being told "I'll call you back, hopefully in the next half hour or so", it was several days before I received an email response. Not the sort of shopping experience I expected.

The web-site and subsequent telephone contact were good and it all happened as I wanted.

Always good service in my opinion. Have no cause for complaint at all.

It started out a bit rocky with the pintles and gudgeons out of stock, even though the catalogue sid they were in stock. Eventually they came but because I had changed the dimensions of the rudder blade, some pieces had to be returned. That went Ok and the new bits arrived and it all fitted perfectly.
How's that?

Simple to use and products arrived on time.

Generally good allround for price and delivery of goods. A bigger range of goods on offer would be helpful. This would help me with my choice. Love the idea of the extra 7% discount if you put in an evaluation on the goods you have bought and the sailing miles.

We purchased a product online and after more than a week, wondered about the status - so I sent an email. No response. I sent another (polite!) email, but still never heard anything. The product eventually arrived, but it was disappointing to not have any response to our inquiries.

I was searching for a high quality seaming hand product and had to look no further. The selection was great, the product arrived quickly and I was really pleased with the whole experience. Thanks!!!

Although Maldon is quite a long way from Hampshire we bought several items from this company when we were fitting out our boat, mainly because the prices were competetive. We experienced fast, efficient and friendly service. 3 years ago we sailed round to the East coast and visited the Maldon chandlery where we found sailing wellie boots on offer. Unfortunately they didn't have my husband's size. No problem the lady said 'We can order them and send them to you when you get home. No P&P. It's not your fault we haven't got the size.'

I was not happy with the service and lack of honest communication, over two weeks to deliver is not good
I will not be using again.

Order arrived within two days. Very pleased with quality.

Pulleys were good quality, especially for the price.
They are to be used for a non-marine task but are ideal.
Good delivery.
