My actual rating is zero. If you're a small professional business looking to scale, I urge you to think twice before trusting Marketing 360 with your marketing needs. Despite their promises to help improve our website, boost organic rankings, and optimize SEO, our experience with the company was a complete disappointment. From the start, the salesperson made grand promises that never came through, leaving us feeling deceived and misled. Plus - the services offered are high priced for a small business marketing budget.

Although I had hoped that a non-local, "big" company like Marketing 360 (madwire) would be the answer to my marketing needs, the reality was far from what I expected. The first website they created for us looked like it was designed by an amateur and was actually worse than our previous website. When we decided to cancel our contract, a person higher up the management ladder convinced us that it was just a miscommunication and that things would improve.

However, five long months later and after painstaking review and corrections, we finally re-launched our website, only to find that all our thousands of dollars had gone towards re-creating a website we already had the content for that looked a little better. We have already made changes with our new company. Marketing 360 created a few new pages, and a couple of low-value videos were also done. Both required serious scrutiny on our part. It, sadly, was a complete waste of time and money.

In short, I implore you to be wary of Marketing 360's empty promises and lack of talent. Don't make the same mistake we did by trusting them with your precious marketing budget. Instead, seek out a company that values transparency, honesty, and delivering real results. Your business deserves better than what Marketing 360 has to offer.

I will admit they had a couple of nice people we worked directly with. Despite their nice demeanor, we found that the actual execution of their marketing services fell far short of our expectations. Their work was not up to par, and we were left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the results. If you're considering working with Marketing 360, I encourage you to proceed with caution and do your research beforehand. Based on my experience and the negative reviews I've seen on Trustpilot (unfortunately, after the fact), better options may exist for your marketing needs. This was a very hard lesson learned for us, and in reality, we have little trust for anyone marketing themselves as a full-scale marketing program for small businesses.

I will also join anyone who wants to file a class action lawsuit against this company. They have held our website hostage and will not allow us to move it to another site even after they sent an email saying that they are going to retire the UXI platform in June. We've had nothing but terrible service with them for the past 3 years.

Dear reader, deciding to work with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE was the worst and poorest investment of money I have made. Worse than the waste of money is the waste of time. I can get more money, but I’ll never recover the time I spent frivolously over 14 months trying to work with the people at Marketing 360 / MADWIRE.

I partnered with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE from February 2022 – March 2023. Giving credit where credit is due, they did an excellent job creating my website. It looked good, and I was happy with it. However, in fairness to Marketing 360 / MADWIRE, I was not the most accessible customer. It sometimes took me longer than appropriate to respond and make decisions on the first iteration of the website. However, when we finally published the website – I was pleased. That is the only thing they did right.

To have an account manager on the account, Marketing 360 / MADWIRE requires you to have a minimum monthly content budget of $300.00. This content budget can be used for one of their professional “writers” to create blog content and other standard copy for the webpage. They do not tell you that a 10-sentence blog post will cost you $300.00. They do not tell you that their professional “writers” do not write at a standard above what you would expect from a 6th-grade student. There is zero transparency in pricing. I had no input over when those content dollars will be spent or how they would be spent.

When I addressed this with my account manager, he blamed me for not responding. He said they were writing according to what they thought was appropriate and that I should trust the process. Again I was not always timely in responding. However, I should have editorial privilege over my website and brand and be able to review and approve all copy written for me. I logged on to the website editor and deleted the “content” that their “professional” writers created. Since I did take a long to reply, I decided not to complain and accept that my delay was the cause for that, and we moved on. I told the account manager that I did not want, under any circumstances, any other content to be written for me. There are AI writers that produce much higher quality content than what their “professional writers” are creating. I followed up on that request with an email, and he acknowledged that request.

Fast forward two months, and again, I am reviewing my account details and see $900.00 in content charges. I looked at the blog, and much to my amazement, there were two more blog posts. They were written with the same grade school quality. There were 20 sentences written for $900.00. They were charging me $45.00 per sentence. Again, I logged on and deleted that garbage myself. I asked for my money to be credited back, and after a month of waiting, I was met with an offer to create one video that could be used on my website. This was the beginning of the end for me. Now I am watching every single charge they are making to my account. So far, I am $1,200.00 in the hole.

In the meantime, giving my account manager the benefit of the doubt, I begin adding money to an advertising budget for Facebook and Google Ads. Marketing 360 / MADWIRE charged me $200.00 to write four sentences on two ads.

After the final meeting with the account manager, I terminated my contract with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE. I was not paying a single dollar more to them to watch it vanish into thin air for content that is nothing more than overpriced garbage and to manage a Google dashboard that a trained monkey can learn to click around on. Upon terminating my account, they kept the $1000 left in the advertising budget for ads they never ran; they kept the $600.00 left in my content budget and shut down my website. As I was reading other reviews on here, I was laughing to myself reading their lackadaisical responses to other negative reviews and the invitation to check out reviews from their other customers who love them. Interestingly, Top Rated Local is directly integrated into the Marketing 360 / MADWIRE platform. Who owns them? Just a thought.

Suppose anyone wants to contact me for more information, proof of my dealings with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE, or records of my conversations with every person on their team. I have it all in that case and would welcome the discussion, perhaps even a class-action lawsuit. Anytime I have an opportunity to tell my story about how Marketing 360 / MADWIRE over-promised, under-achieved, hides their fees, overcharges for substandard work, and will delete your website, ad copy, and everything that you paid for while you were with them - I will sing like a bird.

To that end, dear reader, and fellow small business owner, here is my advice - run for your life. Save your time and money. Look elsewhere. Marketing 360 / MADWIRE is not who and what they say they are.

Iv been wanting to write this review for awhile. Marketing 360 is the WORST company!!!!! I hate hate hate them!!

They scammed me for all the money I have . They are very careless and don’t care what’s best for you and your business. They are greedy and took all of my savings. I told them I can’t pay and want off the website. They never listened and now I have to contact a lawyer.
Please be careful who you trust!

This company is legit. They assign you a team and treat you like family. I can call at anytime and ask questions that will get answered. My company American Prime Roofing has been using their service for over a year and we are satisfied with their expertise. Jerry Kelly and his team are my go to for marketing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete scam and took me and my family for well over 50,000. I brought them my own business as well as my sisters and while they were pretty responsive to me, they were not with her. They completely ignored her and refused to advertise for her on Google due to the nature of her business which was complete BS considering she was selling statues and incense and stuff.. just being predjudice. As for my company, they did not deliver a single sale for my company and told me it was essentially my fault because of my prices and that I wasn't giving them enough money. (Products from 1-$25) I started paying them double my monthly bill for an "ad specialist" that really didn't do anything at all. Their Facebook ads are terrible and after I started posting my own ads and making all of my money spent on the ads plus some, I realized how badly I was being scammed by these people. The last two meetings I had with my manager he kept trying to push me to add on another whopping $995 for a Facebook manager, and although I had been managing my Facebook just fine they had absolutely no idea how well my company was doing on there and he was surprised I was successful. Then suddenly they decided to say they will switch my Google ad credits to Facebook ads, well why didn't we try that months ago? I put in my 30days notice not even a week after my billing cycle right after that and took my own website down, they put it back up and harassed me for weeks after the fact threatening me with their "legal team" and taking down my website and stopping everything if I don't pay my last bill... also, I explained that I don't understand why I am being charged for a service that was not provided to me, the manager acknowledged he was aware that I was not provided the service, but proceeded to tell me that it was their policy. Also, to chime in on them being predjudice, they offered my sister to keep her website up and to use the platform for $500/month, they were going to do it for my company for $65/month. They are SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Market 360 is a dishonest company. They take your money and do nothing. I was promised a website in 30 days, but thousands of dollars later, no website. Stay far away from this company. Much better choices out there.

I would never recommend this platform. We have had NOTHING but issues since day one. Leads missing not flowing into the CRM, having to upload manually leads ourselves, no customer support and when you finally find someone they get your information and wait weeks for a solution that never comes. Horrible service, a horrible platform and a complete waste of time and money!

I was completely disappointed in this company. They said they would guide me though getting to my goals. The things they did do were elementary. It was a total waste of a lot of money. I was happy to pay the fee to get out of the contract it was that bad.

If zero was a rating....this is what I would give!
This company was unable to deliver on any of what they claim they can do. I used them for social media marketing and seo. The ads produced were subpar at best. And you are locked into a contract so you are stuck. They are thieves. They are constantly not available for communication and when you get your manager he will have tons of excuses why things are taking so long..save your money and time!

They make huge promises before we hired them but once we start the subscription, they did very little work.
And kept telling us within our budget, they could only work on a limit of things.
Anyone who would like to terminate the contract with them? We can hire a lawyer together.

They promised me a much improved website - all they delivered was the same site with a prettier font. Zero promises kept and they took thousands of dollars and delivered zero value.

This was my second company to use for marketing since I was not sure I was getting that result doing the marketing myself. Boy was I wrong. Took them over a month to do anything even though I paid. They created a simple website for me that it turns out I cannot keep unless I overpay for hosting. The killer is my phone totally stopped ringing. My sales were cut in half and I ultimately had to start paying to do my own marking again anyway. 6 month contract cannot end soon enough. Do yourself a favor and move on this company is a scam.

It has been around 2 months since I ended a half year "contract" with hands down the worst marketing company around. MARKETING 360 SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A SCAM!!! Before I hired marketing 360, on my own I was doing very well running my own marketing averaging 2k-2.5k in revenue a month. I thought that an entire marketing team would be a good idea since I was doing well on my own.......WRONGGGG. I invested around 14 thousand dollars into Marketing 360 and I would have been better off setting the money on fire and that's not even a joke. I can say with no vengefulness in my heart that my biggest regret since starting my brand was getting involved with this company. I wish them the best and that if they somehow stay in Buisness taking advantage of small Buisness owners they learn to actually help them. I could go on for hours about why this review is 1 star but ill save my fingers from the cramping.........watch YouTube, get informed you can do your own marketing and do great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Constantly overpromised and underdelivered. I have since read every single negative review on Trustpilot (plus other platforms) and all sentiments resonate with my experience. It should be considered a scam and I am moving through the appropriate channels to report this company. We are a startup and my biggest budget spend was on this company which was an absolute waste of time. Constant delays, their platform barely worked, numerous simple tasks were never performed, and many other concerns surrounding lack of communication and not working within best practices. I elevated my concerns to the executive suite who consistently did the same: overpromise and underdeliver. I hope all of the people who work there and are actually good at what they do move on to another company because Marketing360 is one of the most unethical businesses I have come across. I feel like I just got out of an abusive relationship where I was gaslit and stonewalled.....all while paying to do so. I have no idea where the positive reviews are coming from and highly recommend this company do some serious internal reflection on their existing business practices.

We spent over 16K for no results! They actually took our cost to acquire a customer to an astounding $500+ with a peak acquisition cost of over $1000 at one time for a $29.99 product. Grasp that for a second...this is supposedly an experienced online marketing company. We were doing much better managing our own google ads click campaign which was only $600 a month. We went though three account reps and they each were equally useless. The reason we went through three was because they all kept leaving Marketing 360. That speaks volumes in itself. I'd love to take them to court as this is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Very bad experience with this company. I started using them in June and I have been disappointed with the service since day 1. There was a period I went 3 weeks without hearing from my marketing manager. Of course they still want to collect their payments. They changed my plan to include ads and they didn’t even run 1 ad. I specifically asked them to use another credit card and they didn’t follow the instructions resulting in them charging my personal account $1700. Overall I’ve wasted thousands in the few short months I’ve been with them company. I am in the process of terminating my contact now. This place is a JOKE!

Do not use this company. You will spend thousands of dollars for a website that is worse than a “go daddy” website that I could’ve purchased for $35 a month. This company is lazy, they will pretend that they will give your company great marketing exposure, they will pretend that behind the scenes they are working diligently and that they have a whole team of experienced professionals working on your website when that is not the case. They will make you do all the work, and when you run into any problems with JavaScript, they will not edit and rectify issues with your website. Trust me when I tell you this company does absolutely nothing, they will only pretend to work hard for you so long as you were on a contract, they will not perform any SEO , Until your website is complete. That is the catch. They will make sure your website takes months and months to be complete. They will not listen clearly to changes that need to be made, they ignore important information, and they are inconsiderate money grabbers. I think 20 friends got together and decided to open a company called marketing 360. They each put in a couple of thousand dollars, and hired a few sales representatives, website designers, a customer service rep, ( who does nothing!) they got a package deal I’m sure with a general ordinary business lawyer will probably charge them a package price, and of course everything looks professional. For a few hundred dollars, anyone can hire a business lawyer and draft up a contract. Business lawyers do it all the time for small businesses. This company is a complete rip off and I don’t know who is writing these five star reviews, because they are nothing but scammers.

They oversell and underperform! My website that they cloned from my old was a disaster! The only thing they changed was the landing page, it is two months past the deadline and my customers are not get charged tax now for some unknown reason! They blame it on the old website but I have had my old one for two years and it has always charged tax! They made the website live before all the pictures were even up. They don’t take accountability for their lack of competence! I pay $2800 a month and have had under $1000 in sales 3 months. It’s very frustrating dealing with them as they just don’t care about your money and that you are a small business trying to increase sales. You are better off dealing with a small company that actually cares if you are getting what you paid for! Including in the $2800 is ONE facebook ad a week which is not professional written and basically is a Canva design that anyone can do. They spend more time and effort getting new customers rather than actually helping their customers build their business. What I wanted was SEOs for my website done, I’ve been with them now for 3 months (halfway through my contract) and now they are starting it! I’m not holding my breath that it will even be effective as they are useless at everything else. Basically I’m just paying because I have a contract but I know I have made the biggest mistake hiring them and have wasted at the end of this $18k One day this will all catch up to them. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I just noticed a reply to my review from marketing360 they said I wasn’t a customer which is an out right lie! Disgraceful, dishonest company. I don’t know how anyone can give them a 5 Star. It’s interesting that all the ones that aren’t a bad review are 5 stars. Fake 5 star reviews for sure! Check for lawsuits against these scammers.

Very bad experience. Salesperson way oversold what was being provided and the stability/usability of the "platform". Unfortunately, tools are incomplete, difficult to use, and the creative team is slow and the work very perfunctory and of poor quality. Onboarding was insufficient and rushed. The website was a literal cut and paste of my old site with no rewriting or improvements whatsoever. Then I was pressured to "accept" it by the onboarding specialist, which I did with changes indicated in an email. The changes were never made. My Marketing Success Manager did the best he could, but the design teams simply weren't cooperative with him. The contract is written in such a way as it is impossible to get out of until you have paid for 6 months worth of "service". So far I'm almost 5 months in and how many leads have I gotten as a result of their efforts? None. That should be the proof in the pudding. I'd avoid this company like the plague. For me, it was $6,000 completely wasted.
