I love MAU Workforce Solutions. My experience with the company was amazing.I knew that the representative was God sent because to the best of her ability she made sure that the assignment meant all of my needs that I was looking for in a job.

Great team and company to work for. With endless opportunities for growth with the company as well

The work and treatment isn’t worth the pay

MAU @ BMW wasn't my best experience. My new rep was not professional and showed no tact. If I ever applied for a job with MAU, it'd be with another company. I inquired while being an associate of MAU, to be transferred to another facility (since I've already been with them one year) to no avail. That didn't make sense to me. Hopefully everyone else will have a better overall experience than I had.

I know this will not be taken seriously but i have extra time to contribute to just in case. The treatment that MAU Employees recieve in certain job sites is horrible. Ive worked for MAU in greenville and spartanburg. if you don’t work at BMW MAU and any other company treats you like an expendable. problem is most of those employees are either afraid or tired of voicing their opinions. because nothing gets done. Michelin US1 is the worst place for a MAU employee to work. I see that this is a Christian company so i hope you value your employees more than your pockets and please help those MAU employees at US1. Each and every one of them are literally breaking their back to keep MAU looking good and MAU hasnt done anything for them. honestly its why i left.

I believe mau reps need more help just like any companies that is experiencing hard times or employees leaving for better situations or for covid reasons.

They give the appropriate to work at BMW i lord so much from there

My experience getting hired with MAU has been nothing short of a great one. The staff is all so helpful and my onboarding /job training could not have gone more smoothly!

I'll preface this by saying overall I still think it's a good job despite a lot of little things. We haven't had an MAU representative in a long time. We've had multiple temporary ones who then disappear. We were all finally assigned one and then never heard from or saw him. Even my section leader has never seen him. Then we eventually got another temporary one. When you go to the office they're usually helpful. However, you need to be careful. If you ask them about something important, regarding attendance for example, it's best that you also check the rule book. Because if they tell you the wrong thing, and they did, later on you get told you did something wrong, by another random Rep who you've never met. And then you're told that the other Reps didn't say what they said because that's not policy. Speaking of the policy, try not to get sick. Because there are no sick days. I think this company has the ability to be better and do better for their employees. It's still a good job that pays better than most others around here. If you're working for minimum wage or around that I'd encourage you to apply.

Mau is great. Thomas and Adam have always been super helpful and attentive. I genuinely appreciate all their hard work!

I was hired on in logistics and really, really loved my job. I even volunteered on off days to a tune of almost 400 hours overtime in one year. After they lost the contract at Greer 3 I was moved to the plant. Unfortunately I was not moved into logistics, instead to the line. After almost 2 years with MAU at BMW, and never received even a 1/2 point was not offered a permanent position. Instead I gave notice after being offered a job as a permanent hire, making over $3 more per hour, working 8-5 M-F, and can work as much overtime as I want. I appreciate and enjoyed my time with your company, but that is why I only gave a 3 star rating.

the hiring process was easy, simple and fast, they do not take your time if they do not have to take it away from you so far the people I have met are cordial and try to explain every detail as best they can

I've had an awesome time. I've been here for almost a year and have nothing to complain about, I get plenty of hours and my paychecks are better than they have ever looked in my entire work career.

Working for MAU was by far the best experience for me . I came from Charleston, SC thinking i wouldn’t get hired on with them due to unforeseen events . Luckily they hired me within 3 days of filling out the application. The staff kept in touch to make sure i has everything in order and in place. Our leader, Jennifer Curtis checks in frequently to make sure myself and other MAU Employees heads are on straight lol. Any issues or concerns i had with payroll , other employees, uniforms, or just general questions got answered quickly & that’s what i loves most.

You can offer 10,000 in a raffle to people for getting a COVID shot but can’t offer 10,000 grand to people who work their asses off for your company. You give people start pay the same pay after a year since they get a small raise for being there a year the same pay as people that have been there 2+ years. It’s a slap in the face. Nothing is given to the tenured employees. You allow bmw to hire on people before others that have been there longer and put in the work.

My main reason for giving 3 stars is for their zero tolerance 3 strike system. If you have proven to be a reliable worker and you’re suddenly out for something medical or a family emergency there should be some leniency. I offered to bring medical bills etc as proof for staying up all night in the emergency room with my dad but they could do nothing about it. Not much of a thank you for being a reliable hard worker with no previous strikes.
