We need accountability across the board, and we need paid vacation days. Not just a lump sum check every year. Paid days off. And have seniority matter, lots of people have been here multiple years. We need to have a plan in place to have these people recognized. Including better pay and benefits.

BMW is a hard place to get hired and I asked to try something different in the building with no luck getting it.

I really like my job, but there are areas that I don't think is right. These are a few things that I think needs changing:1) If a person has been employed for MAU Solutions 3 years or more, they should become considered or hired full-time BMW. Of course they should have a good work ethic; good attendance, be on time, good attitude, and no write-ups of course. 2) Why should a employee that applied for Forklift Operator/Logistics, have to transfer to Production to be hire full-time BMW? Taking this person our of what they are good at, is setting that person up to fail. 3) Why does a person that applied for 1st Shift have to go to the night shift? 4)There is no type
of evaluation format to let a employee know if he or she is doing great/average/poor etc. 5) I think they should change the vacation 2000 hour payment up front plan. I think it would be better to mirror the BMW format for vacation time, with the accrued hour format. If a person wanted to take some vacation time, hours, or days, they can be paid throughout the year.

The hourly pay need's to be higher. Twice I've worked for you and twice I had a death in my family and couldn't be off because MAU doesn't pay for time off due to death. That need's to change. Other than that it was a good experience. Work on those two things and you'll be rated higher by all of us.

I'm more than grateful to MAU since they give me the opportunity to work at the BMW Greer plant with a generous salary and good benefits.

I can provide to my family and for me, that's the most important t thing.

The staff has been friendly at mau. And I enjoy working with mau at my current location.

I don’t feel like MAU cares about the employees. I was out for 2 weeks with Covid and no one from MAU even called to see if I was still alive. When I try to reach someone it’s usually days before I even get a response.

I can’t say enough how MAU is one of the best companies I’ve worked for. I will always be grateful for the opportunity that was given to me. This four year journey has been both up and down for me but regardless MAU was there along the way. Offering help, giving advice, being on top of any questions you had. I have so much more to say but I will just leave it here. Thanks again MAU!

I give them five stars because I was in nursing for 14 years haven’t worked in manufacturing for a long time and they gave me a chance great pay then I got hired on great job

Some of their staff is very unprofessional and rude. They definitely don’t communicate well and it seems as if they are disorganized on some things.
