Just an awareness really for anyone letting. This company will charge you for 4 FOUR YEARS commission if there is no change in tenancy (its all legal BUT in the small print) so beware!

They have consistently provided the best service we could ask for, often going above and beyond what is expected and industry standards. Their experience and level of personal attention is bar none.

Maxwell estates is an excellent estate agent. If anybody needs a estate agent to manage their let property I am highly recommending Maxwell Estate. They will find you a trusted tenant and sort out repairs ASAP.
