Chris was the asbolute best.
Speed of service was impressive.

An absolutely shocking service, my old accountant sold out to them without telling us, so they ended up being our accountant via default. It has been a nightmare. Vat mistakes, tax errors all came to light and they wanted to sweep them under the carpet.
It cause extreme stress and upset, months went by trying to get it all sorted resulting in a huge unexpected VAT bill. All they offered in compensation was a refund of their costs for a few months. Their communication and complaints procedure is terrible, they don't do what they say. Stay away from them is my advice especially if you want to sleep at night.

Update - your response is only clarifying what I already said. Your complaints procedure was shocking and you never responded when you said you would. Lily was not helpful and didn't do what she said. If I could give you a minus score I would.

Great customer onboarding, clear and to the point

Lucy Allonby has compiled our returns for many years now and has always provided the highest level of professional support and assistance. She is an example of the very best customer service you could ever wish for and we cannot recommend Lucy highly enough.

Please stay well clear of this company. Mazuma has been an absolute disaster to deal with. Their communication is atrocious. Emails go unanswered for weeks on end, promises are made and then quietly broken, and when staff disappear on annual leave there seems to be no one else covering cases. Their online platforms don’t work properly, and every time they say they will provide a solution, nothing materialises. The whole experience has been a nightmare of poor service, broken systems, and empty assurances. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.

Very happy with Molly Avery. She is newly assigned to our account and has immediately made a difference. We have signed up for a new service, reducing costs by switching to Mazuma. She also unblocked 2 issues were having within 24 hrs of us raising them to her for resolution. She is a useful contact and its helpful to have direct contact with someone at Mazuma.

This company are bad . They HARD sell you a package and give you a price £1300, then when you say it is too much they automatically reduce it to £700. Too good to be true. then when you want to cancel with the 14 days cooling off,, they refuse and say you cant. Then they help themself to your bank account - taking money which not even due or pre warned about. BUYER BEWARE!! I am genuine EX Customer . Their terms and conditions are very flaky and only set to side them and they only show you the link to seeing this IF you remember to ask them. the lady seller did not really want to show this to me when I asked. She also said that we could cancel within the 14 days ... That was a lie to trap us into going on with the agreement. You have to give 1 months notice even when you want to cancel within the 14 days. THEY ARE A MESS. You also don't get the same accountant working on your accounts from month to month - They will allocate any Tom, Richard or Harry to do your monthly payroll, and you are only allowed 1 call or message a month - or they will charge you extra for "unfair usage". What a rotten company. I'm still fighting for my £700 + £161 ( which they took from my bank) back from them, and for them to cancel the agreement as it is not worth the paper they wrote it on. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. YOU have been warned of their poor unfair hard sell practice. We are a small children's nursery and cannot afford to be cheated by these greedy tycoons. 32126 is our complaints number.

Emma was fantastic to deal with. She was very friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. When you have someone that deals with something stressful as-well as she did it needs to be noted. I am thankful I spoke to Emma today, I have had an honest, great customer experience.

Nathan took me through the whole onboarding process to start using the Mazapp. I was very anxious about it all as I had been using the paper service for over 13 years. Nathan was so clear, patient and pleasant that I was able to follow everything really well. I am so glad that I am now using this app as I can see it is a better way.
