I have used MBE Hammersmith for a few


I have used MBE Hammersmith for a few years now. 
Jason has always been prompt and quick in his responses to my queries. The packing of delicate items that are being sent to New Zealand has resulted in everything arriving in perfect condition. Nothing is ever a problem when dealing with Jason and the staff.

An excellent experience

Mail Boxes Leeds were outstanding in every way. Mumtaz always replied promptly and helpfully to enquiries, and the packing department did a remarkably good job. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. This is my second experience with Mail Boxes Leeds, the first was just as good; I would not hesitate in using their services again. MBE LEEDS

This is specifically about LEEDS MBE
They were responsive and got everything done ASAP and the price was reasonable for the service.
Would use them again - they are a lot better than majority of MBE establishments I have had to deal with.

I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this particular MBE Cambridge. If you purchase at auction and are looking for a shipper in this area, MBE Cambridge has earned my trust. The communication was detailed and consistent, they were knowledgeable, they filled out the paperwork correctly, they were fast, and they packaged my antique oil painting well. I have been shipping from the UK to the US for over 10 years and this is one of the top five shipping experiences that I have had.

Great experience here

Great experience here – really good customer service. I came in with a last minute printing requirement and the team were so helpful and got the job turned around within 24 hours - and the item was exactly what I wanted. Super! Definitely would recommend!

Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely dire experience. I’ve used Mailboxes in the past and they’ve been fine but avoid the Chelmsford one like the plague. Not only did they package two pieces of rare, fragile Edward Bawden wallpaper completely incompetently – taping it to a piece of a cardboard that was too small, which meant that by the time Parcelforce delivered it, there was a whole corner torn off and a fold where previously there had been none. That was upsetting enough (and has cost me a fortune to rectify) but they’ve ignored every single email, including the one with pictures attached, they’ve ignored the email from the head office, and on the two occasions when I’ve FINALLY managed to speak to Sandra, the so-called ‘manager’ I first of all was told it wasn’t their fault, and latterly she yelled at me and put the phone down on me. They DO NOT deserve anyone’s business.

I would rather trust a carrier pigeon


I would rather trust a carrier pigeon than this shop. The proprietor convinced me to send parcel by FedEx to US.
Despite me telling her exactly what was in it, including chocolate, she did none of the necessary paperwork (including sending prior notice of food to customs) and worse still lied about what was inside. This means my parcel has been stuck in purgatory for 3 weeks with no sign of it ever being delivered to recipient. She was aggressive and shockingly unprofessional when I asked her to help me, sent me a refund so told me she’d washed her hands of me and that I should “deal with it” myself. She sniped “take your damn money” and hasn’t once taken accountability or done the minutest professional thing and apologised. This place shouldn’t be in business. Total incompetency, negligence and hostility.
