For the first time used the service.
Dropped parcel on Monday but did not collect untill Tuesday evening.
The shop was so messy and I was worried if they mix my items with anything.
The staff did not have knowledge of customs or any charges.
Please use official site and store of known delivery services not this kind of third party.
