Ich bin vom Kundenservice sehr enttÀuscht. Bis heute habe ich keinerlei konkrete UnterstÌtzung bei meiner Retoure erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wurde mein Problem nicht gelöst und ich wurde mit der RÌcksendung allein gelassen.

Von einer Premiummarke erwarte ich einen deutlich besseren Service. Eine Retoure sollte kundenfreundlich und unkompliziert abgewickelt werden. Stattdessen war der gesamte Prozess unnötig kompliziert und bis heute ohne Lösung. So stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice nicht vor.

Unresponsive customer service

I accidentally typed a wrong digit in the post code and I realized once I submitted the order. Immediately, I wrote to customer service asking them to correct the post code. They did not do anything about it and never replied to my email. I had to chase the package with FedEx, who were very efficient and redirected the package from the wrong part of the country to the right address with just a couple of days of delay. Kudos to FedEx, unacceptable customer service from Saint Bath

Ottimo se nn fosse stato per il corriere

L'acquisto Ú stato piuttosto facile,il problema sono i corrieri UPS che non sono per niente affidabili....Ho comprato la borsa per il compleanno dell'amica di mia figlia e il corriere per non venire nella mia zona ha rimandato la consegna portandolo l'ultimo giorno disponibile.... facendo 2 giorni di reclami direttamente all'azienda.. a parte corriere il resto apposto
