Ritardo nella comunicazione

Primo disagio
Servizio clienti raggiungibile solo tramite mail.
Secondo disagio
 nessuna risposta alla mail.
Per mio errore ho ordinato una borsa dalle dimensioni grandi, appena arrivata a casa ho fatto subito una mail per richiedere la sostituzione. Sono trascorsi diversi giorni ma, seppur mi era stato scritto che sarei stato ricontattato al più presto, non ho ancora ricevuto risposte.

Don't rely on customer service helping!

Daughter ordered a t-shirt for my birthday and we needed to return it for a larger size. Despite emailing and messaging their customer services, we have had nothing back from them to facilitate the exchange.

Subsequent correspondence has promised we would hear from their customer service team, but failed at the first hurdle. Absolute joke of a customer service experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Premium Prices, Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

I expected much more from a premium brand like MC2 Saint Barth.

I purchased a pair of premium swim shorts less than two years ago. They have only been used occasionally and have always been treated with great care. Despite this limited use, the shorts developed a defect that I would not expect from a product in this price range.

When I contacted customer service, my claim was rejected without any technical assessment of the actual defect. Instead, the company relied solely on the care instructions and concluded that the issue could not be related to product quality.

What disappointed me most, however, was the way my complaint was handled. Rather than trying to understand my concerns or showing any willingness to investigate the issue or offer a goodwill solution, I felt that the responses simply placed all responsibility on the customer. Statements such as “This matter has nothing to do with the quality of our products, but the maintenance customers do of them” left me feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously.

I fully understand that companies cannot approve every warranty claim. However, I do expect a premium brand to carefully assess a customer’s complaint, communicate respectfully, and stand behind its products when concerns arise.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of MC2 Saint Barth. Not only am I disappointed by the product quality, but even more so by the lack of customer care. As a result, neither I nor my family will purchase MC2 Saint Barth products again, and I cannot recommend the brand based on my experience.

Sconti inesistenti e spedizione troppo cara

Purtroppo la mia esperienza Ú stata deludente. I prezzi sono molto elevati e gli sconti estivi sono praticamente inesistenti. Inoltre, trovo assurdo che un buono valido online non possa essere utilizzato anche in negozio, creando solo disagi ai clienti. Infine, le spese di spedizione di 8 € sono decisamente eccessive. Nel complesso, credo che l’azienda debba rivedere la propria politica di prezzi, promozioni e condizioni di acquisto per offrire un servizio più competitivo e orientato al cliente.
