Pessima esperienza: l’ordine ancora non Ú arrivato, tempistiche inaccettabili
Ho effettuato un ordine su MC2 Saint Barth con il necessario anticipo rispetto a un viaggio che dovevo fare. Il pacco non solo non Ú arrivato in tempo per la mia partenza, ma ad oggi non Ú ancora stato consegnato.
Trovo inaccettabile una gestione delle spedizioni di questo tipo e una totale mancanza di rispetto per le tempistiche del cliente. Servizio deludente, non farò altri acquisti in futuro.

Servizio clienti inesistente. Ho inviato decine di e-mail riguardo il mio reso, senza mai ricevere una risposta.
L’articolo Ú stato restituito da giorni, risulta consegnato, ma non ho ancora ricevuto notizie sul rimborso. Un brand di questo livello non dovrebbe permettersi una gestione così disattenta e poco professionale.

A volte, ci si dimentica che la qualità di un brand non si evince solo dai prezzi elevati dei prodotti in vendita, ma anche e soprattutto dalla professionalità e dall’attenzione all’acquirente e, per quel che mi riguarda, Ú molto deludente
