I ordered some items and they were amazing! From messaging them on Facebook to ordering and receiving my order, I could not fault it. Really impressed with the service that I have received. Will definitely be ordering again in the future :)

I was hesitant after reading reviews, but I’m so glad I went ahead and tried them they are an absolutely amazing company, replies promptly. Beautiful items, quick delivery. Would recommend to all!

Ordered some baby blocks on the 19th of November and queried why they hadn’t arrived on the 4th of January, kept promising they was coming didn’t arrive till the 19th of January. then didn’t come with any instructions of how to put them together, it wasn’t simple had to mess around for hours after asking For a call for help but never getting one. got the boxes together finally and painted the borders etc to put together and there all the wrong sizes don’t fit on the boxes sent. Been messaging to try and resolve for a week now with promised phone calls that never happened every day. Finally got an answer to be told owner will call which she did, and wants me dismantle to send back for a refund instead of just sending me the right missing parts and paying for some paint to make it right she would rather waste more of my time after nearly 4 months then resolve like an adult. As a customer your not allowed to be frustrated after a product you ordered coming up-to 4 months ago is wrong she will spit her dummy out more than you and try to resolve your issues in the most unhelpful ways possible by telling you she’s sold 100’s of these with her big ego. You will be stuck with products you can’t use. Do not order from this company one big headache and such a waste of your time so many more companies out there worth your money and these just wanna take it and run. Now having to pay more money to get them fixed by someone else because this companies ego all staff are vile and unhelpful!

Cannot trust this company what so ever!
Your lucky if you even receive your items from them, and if you do expect it a few months late! loads of other people compalining they haven't received their items, So it isn’t just me!

Customer service is atrocious, they ignore Facebook messages and emails.
They refuse to refund until I have refused the parcel (the parcel that hadn’t arrived)

This is a warning to stay well clear of this Company!
