I have ordered materials from MPD supplies for many years now. Always found their service excellent. Great stock levels and fast dispatch

Postage for a Swatch that cost less than €2 was extortionate. Total came to nearly €13. Maybe a local postal service needed and not a courier for small items

After using MDP for a while now and who have mostly been reliable with posting the next day or maximum a 1 day wait. But for the last couple of months it’s been ridiculous. They promise delivery within 2 days, I’ve been waiting over a week for my orders and as a small business owner it’s not good and I won’t be using them in the future unless they make a change!! I have had bad experience with a couple of the staff being very ignorant and rude when emailing about updates, especially Erin!!! Customer service needs BIG improvement. Avoid MDP unless you’re happy to wait a long time for your order that might never come. This has happened a few times also. I read another comment about then using GLS I can confirm this also as this happened to me, passed it to GLS I was given no tracking number and no I’d had a clue where my order was…turned up 2 weeks later left outside and all the stuff had got wet from the rain. Poor service all around!!!

As a small business owner and MDP customer for over 5 years, I can no longer rely on this company to fulfil my orders. They mention on the website that delivery from Portadown to South of Ireland takes up to 2 working days. In fact, they don't know themselves where items are and when they will be delivered. Heavy items (like expensive vinyl rolls for example) handled by AnPost - arrive broken, pierced and almost falling out of the box sometimes. Items sent via FastWay NI, are forwarded to a company called GLS (which has 1 star TrustPilot rating), and this company will take in excess of 7 days (if ever) to deliver your item. No notice and no tracking number provided. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.

Furthermore, the MDP Lady on the phone, promises to sort out the issue and call back, but she never does. It seems that MDP thinks that once they have posted the parcel, it is no longer their responsibility.

For all of the above mentioned reasons, and as much is I like MDP products, i am starting to look for other more reliable suppliers closer to home. Because I have more confidence in items ordered from China, than those ordered from MDP Portadown. MDP delivery service might be ok for ordering a single t-shirt for personal use - but it's not suitable for businesses that are serious about their printing supplies, and those that have order fulfilment deadlines and obligations to customers.

So, until they sort their deliveries out - the 1 star rating is here to stay.

Product as advertised, easy to order online, good communication and swift delivery.

Good store to buy. Wide selection of the products, reasonable prices and most important - speedy delivery. Customer service as far as for now 100% The only thing what I'm missing is - Search products field at your online store. Or maybe it is just that I can't see it?

Dealt with this company for a good few years now and I cant praise them enough, they are on the ball sending out the order, always get it within 2 to 3 days in perfect condition, as I live in the Republic of Ireland. That's why I am giving them 5 stars.

our machine had a problem ,we phoned MPD and straight away we were talking to a person who know the machine and any issues that could occur with it. while the machine is very reliable normally, the technician decided it best to send back to them for to look at. a courier arrived next morning collected and it was back to us inside a week, problem solved. we can only say in all our dealings with MDP ,the very efficient, understanding and easy to deal with . Excellent service provided at all times.

business, The service is excellent! prompt deliver , quality products and there is always someone at the end of the phone if you need advice on products etc.
