I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered a bird perch for my 6-month-old macaw, and what I received was a dangerously unstable product that posed a serious safety risk to my bird.
When I reached out for support, the company’s customer service was incredibly unhelpful. Despite providing photographic and video evidence of the fault, they repeatedly stalled, sending one email a day with unreasonable demands for me to disassemble the product and lay every single piece out on the floor for photos. They also expected me to pay €30 to return a faulty, unsafe item, which is completely unacceptable and breaches consumer rights.
Their website portal also failed to accept my evidence, making it impossible to resolve this through their standard channels. I have had to escalate this to my bank for a chargeback because this company refuses to take responsibility for sending out defective, dangerous goods. If you value your money and the safety of your pets, look elsewhere.

I have ordered from them twice so far as the prices of products I needed were much lower than in Ireland. Everything was delivered as ordered, the only inconvenience is a long delivery time, hence four stars only.

Ordered multiple times with Zoomalia as they have a great selection of products which I can't get with local suppliers in Ireland. Unfortunately, almost every order I made I encountered technical issues during checkout.

Additionally, with my latest order, I had a major delivery delay. I followed up with support after 7 days as the order status hasn't updated for several days and stressed that I urgently need the order as it contained special dog food and I was running low. All I was told was that it will arrive and my request to send a replacement or refund since the order seemed lost was denied. After 2 weeks the order has now arrived but I don't need it anymore since I was forced to buy the food elsewhere.

Unfortunately I never got any apologies or make-good offer for the long waiting time. Very disappointed overall.
