Mean Cycles レビュー

The team here are 2nd to none. I purchased a set of wheels from these guys only to have one lost in the shipment process. These guys made a 2nd wheel immediately, and shipped it asap. No messing around, no waiting. Super helpful service and great products. Could not be happier!

JC at Mean cycles is the best, the company went out of it's way to help me find a customer and a seat for my V-Rod. They didn't have to do anything but they did. I live in Wisconsin and they put their boots on and did what they had to deliver for a customer. Fantastic service. Anyone who is bashing them is just being vindictive. I give them 10 Stars. Thanks Kurt

Within 5 minutes of placing my order I received a call to verify the order details and make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was shocked at the amazing customer service and even if the product wasn’t quality I would give them 5 stars for that alone. BUT the badges I got were fantastic and of the highest quality. I constantly get compliments on my bike and the badges were the final touch on the aesthetic I was going for. Very happy with the whole experience with these guys

Fantastic product and excellent communication from the mean cycles team. Thank you so much!!

The product was as advertised. The quality of the product is what I expected. Looks great on my bike. Had questions and they responded quickly.

Dit een Bedrijf die Customerservice hoog in het Vaandel heeft staan...ik bestel hier 85% van de speciale onderdelen ..zoals de uitlaat , het luchtfilter , de koplamp , het Chroom werk , etc.

Great products and great customer service JC was a pleasure to talk to and work with highly recommend

Ordered a mustang seat( they had the best price on internet). Mustang sent the wrong seat. JC responded to my email on Saturday, contacted mustang on Monday and I had the correct seat by Friday. Best customer service ever! Highly recommend!

Hello motorcycle friends,
I live in Germany and have ordered an ultimate seat. Unfortunately the Ultimate Seat company sent me the wrong seat. I reported this error to Mean Cycles and received great service.
The right seat from Miami arrived in Germany within just 8 days.
Mean Cycles has the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Greetings from Germany
Frank

Great service helpful staff and answered every question.

I love the quality of the product. The staff was great, They assisted me with all the information I needed and kept me informed on shipping information.

Order a set of custom tank emblems and the quality was excellent. Plus their team kept me informed of the order, shipping and tracking of my package. I have order other parts before and will do it again.

Would not allow me to cancel before shipping. I have been waiting three weeks.

JC @ Mean Cycle exceeded all expectations with their exceptional customer service and professionalism. From the outset, they provided a level of care and attention that is rarely seen in today's market. Not only did Mean Cycle offer their personal phone number for direct communication regarding shipping and ordering parts, but they also spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that everything was organized and in order.

Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident when Mean Cycle promised to contact me the following week with updates, and they did so promptly and with all the answers I needed. This level of reliability and follow-through is a testament to Mean Cycle's dedication to their customers.

Moreover, the speed of their shipping was impressive, with the parts arriving in less than two weeks. This, coupled with their exceptional customer service, makes Mean Cycle a standout in their field. I am incredibly impressed with Mean Cycle and will not hesitate to order from them again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Mean Cycle to anyone in need of their services!

Honda Fury lowered rear spring kit.

Sending this message to say massive thank you to Mean Cycles and especially JC. Fantastic service and advice, super quick delivery from States. Was stuck in Aus for a bit, but all good. Wicked free gift. Got the spring fitted by my mechanic, who also acknowledged Mean Cycles as reliable source for upgrades. Thank you again, and I'm sure to contact you guys for my future upgrades.
