Applied the product (exactly as instructed after watching the video) using a small amount of water and their supplied applicator. Phone immediately started flashing green and is now unusable.
Lots of explanations from a very arrogant Rob from MediaDevil about why it can possibly be their product that's rendered my phone useless, no accountability and of course my phone company will absolutely not replace my phone. The most costly mistake I have made.

Ordered a screen protector for Samsung A54, came without issues

Really happy with the service and product (pixel 7 screen protector). 2x screens and I was only expecting 1 so that's a bonus. Also, the card to get rid of bubbles is cool it has uk animal footprints on it. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the protector doesn't quite fully cover the screen. 2-3mm gap around the edges.

Really fast delivery and Rob was extremely helpful with his responses and sent replacements straight away.

Worst screen protectors I have ever bought...advertised as touch protection....its thick cling film !!!wasted 2....no damp cloth included to wipe screen...absolutely waste of money, very disappointed, not fot for purpose

Wow Awesome pre ordered a pixel 9 pro and contacted media devil to see if there were any screen protectors available

They got back me and told me they would soon be available for pre order

Next day they sent me a link so I could order them now before my phone arrives

This company has exceptionally good customer service - far beyond that of most companies. For various reasons of my own creation, I messed up my order - twice! They sorted things out very quickly and with great, friendly communication. If only all online transactions were sorted so quickly. Highly recommended.

Bought a screen protector for my pixel 7 after reading reviews it arrived promptly and I was able to apply it without any bubbles so looked perfect also liked that my phone worked as if it was naked.
But the next day while outside (in the shade ) it started to delaminate around the edges and won't stick back down so for this reason I cannot recommend this product .

After contacting Mediadevil customer support they have replaced the screen protector which is now firmly attatched so i can now confidently give them a big thumbs up 👍

Their Customer service is brilliant, couldn't ask for better.

I've been buying screen protectors from MediaDevil for all our iPads, phones, and watches for years. Every product has been outstanding in quality and longevity. Especially the Apple watch protector has saved the crystal from several accidental bangs against doors.

Their customer service is personal and quick as well. I've had to ask for help only a couple of times (my mistakes) and Rob has fixed everything right away and always made me feel like it's okay.

Once you buy from MediaDevil, you'll never try another screen protector!

Bought the Ultra tough, glass free screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I've used Media Devil screen protectors for years as they always provide brilliant protection for my devices. They are easy to apply and even have a video for you to watch that demonstrates how to apply. You get a microfibre cleaning cloth, smoothing card, dust removal stickers and instructions on how to apply along with your screen protectors. I had an issue with adhesion of my screen protector to my phone and emailed their customer service team who replied to me promptly and explained what they thought might be happening and provided a new set immediately free of charge. Rob was extremely helpful and made sure that I was satisfied with my new set. Excellent customer service and the product is exactly what I needed to protect my device. Would buy from them again.

The product is excellent and the customer service is top-notch. Despite a small issue that was my fault, the company was extremely helpful in resolving it. Their support was truly outstanding.

I recently bought the Acrylic Screen Protector because a guy at a phone shop recommended it for my iPhone 15 Pro.

Unfortunately I have to say, that I’m absolutely disappointed.
The 'protector' is just a cheap lousy piece of thin plastic, which comes without any template to attach it. There isn’t even a wet towel to wipe your screen before.
The worst is, that the protector doesn’t even fit properly, even if you place it correctly, it seems to be way so small.
Also there’s a hole around the front camera which only job seems to be collecting dust.
Totally overpriced for what you get.

Edit: After some contact with the support my opinion on the product didn’t change. The protector fell off after the first day, which Rob called a „random thing to happen“. I got a full refund and I have to say that Media Devil's support is extraordinary good!
I won’t buy a protector again, but because of their excellent support, I changed my review from 1 to 3/5.

Great customer service and an excellent product at a good price. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were even able to tailor a screen protector to fit my phone (which has a non-standard sized screen)

Needed a screen protector for my Apple Watch and found this one by chance while looking online for a similar product.
Delivered promptly. A bit tricky to fix but does a first class job. Good value for money.

The most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Rob was Uber helpful with my specific requirements and between us we worked out the perfect custom size screen protector for my phone and case, which was on the front of my phone less than 24 hours later!!

I don’t normally got to the effort of writing reviews online but I had to on this occasion to say that the screen protector I ordered for my iPhone 15 Pro is fantastic.

In recent years I have noticed less and less companies making plastic screen protectors, I assume it’s to force people to pay for a glass one which will break and need replacing constantly keeping them in business by selling an inferior product.

However, after a long search in the usual places (amazon, Apple Store and even the high street) I found this one via google search. I believe this is the only company still making non-glass ones… thank you so much for that!

After emailing their team to ask about the material I was told that it was actually developed to rival glass as it has the same raw strength but as it's
essentially a thicker version of PET it's impossible to chip or shatter which
greatly increases durability. They also claimed that customers have used this protector for the entire ownership of their phones and at the end there is barely any evidence it was ever used. The gentleman I emailed also said his personal protector had been on for 18 months and still looked brand new.

Having had mine for a week I can totally believe the claims, it’s obviously from the get go this has been properly researched and manufactured, a premium product for sure.

This is the only screen protector I will ever buy going forward. I can’t talk it up enough. The package comes with 2 in case you make a hash of applying it first time round, but once it’s on, it feel as though it’ll last forever. Totally fair price too, would happily pay more to keep them in business because I never want the hassle of a shoddy protector again!

Brilliant, never stop making these.

Zero customer services, no invoice, no VAT registration after years. All very odd.
