Delivered a Faulty Machine and its my cost to get it sorted!
I ordered a machine that was delivered faulty and it has been so long winded to get this resolved - all the while I have to call a number that charges me by the minute to tell them they have delivered a faulty machine, no Uk call centre an they don't give there telephone number upfront. Further more I have to initially email them and then have a slow conversation getting a reply once per day so it took them 4 days to agree the machine should be collected - then they say I have to call their premium rate number to organise it and they cant swap the machines I have to wait yet longer until the machine is returned, and checked and then if they want they may give me a refund.
1 out of 10 for customer service - they need a better system if goods have been delivered faulty.
