Awful do not use. Incomplete order. Took two weeks not 48hrs and then needed another blood sample to be taken for remaining tests. Would not refund. Arrogant obnoxious customer service especially from James. Just the most horrendous experience they don't know what they are doing. Do not use the WHOOP Service it is laughable and doesn't upload. Reported to OFT and to WHOOP.

Thank you for helping me out with drug test that I needed to test my kids

As a small business owner, with an SOP already in place for a drug-free workplace, I was able to quickly & easily ascertain which product would be the most economical and most beneficial. Mike quickly pointed me in the right direction, not as an "upsell", but rather "what is best for your needs". The pricing is MORE than fair for what I received and I honestly believe I received personalized service based upon my needs/uses. Ordering was easy & quick, arrival was within 2 days (1 or 2 days earlier than anticipated), and the tests were simple to use. The tests conformed to the policy already in place and I was able to execute the tests in accordance with the policy without having to take time to re-write/amend the policies. Thank you for the excellent service & fair pricing; this is a company I will continue to utilize for this type of need.

I just wanted to mention that I have worked with this company in the past and never had a problem. Shipping is prompt and I recall the multi drug five panel test kit was the best deal available out of over a dozen different vendors competing for our large purchase.

Received our order on time drug tests were good and they included free urine collection cups for free. Shipping was free also.

I needed help to find what kind of drug test to buy. Customer service guided me to correct test.I called few days later after delivery and they helped with instructions. It was my first time I tried to do the test.

I needed tests for a huge lanfill project my compnay was taking on and had to hire 75 employees rather quickly. The local code where I was doing business required testing of the employees and subcontractors. My Sales Representative Mike McDonnell was extremely knowledgable, offered many options and certainly didn't push the most expensive, he simply wanted us to have the exact tests we needed and tha we got. Excellent service and expidited shipping right as we needed.
