Pathetic service. They have collected sample and money for some package but not sharing reports after multiple follow ups.. please don't available their services.

Not sure this firm is real in Bangalore. Untrustable and pathetic service. We dont have number to call back only Communicating in WhatsApp. Our Booking is confirmed but when we we are expecting them in the morning with my wife without having anything informing in that our area is no serviceable. If they know our area is no serviceable then why booking confirmed for second time. May be because I have not paid in advance. If I pay before they might be absconded.

In Pune, sample collection job was assigned to third party who did not turn up in scheduled time range. This happened repeatedly, twice. Despite booking with Meditest, I had to rush to local pathology lab after expiry of the allotted time slot range of one hour.

Real appalling service. Takes 2 days to get the report. Others send report same day evening. Use them if you can wait few days for the report. I won't definitely use them. Walk in centre is better

I am very happy with Meditest, I gone through for blood test for my 3 years daughter when she was suffering from Dengu Last week. Her platelets were decreasing rapidly . I used to go to local lab near by hospital , she cried very badly during blood sample for platelets, one of my office college came to meet her ,he told me yr why you are going daily to collection centre, call them at home without any charge , I said yr beti is a small kid get pain so I don’t want any testing on her, he said aise nhi h mere kehne se ek bar try to kr I agree! he booked for my daughter next day a phlebo came at home on actual booked time . he was professionally dressed up, showed her identity I allow him to come in, he used gloves , sanitiser, mask. to maintain temperature, he had a cool pack in his chiller box when he took sample my Daughter cried but little bit. It was easy for me. He was experienced to take sample for kids without pain. From that time I used to call Meditest everytime.

I did tests for all my family all the parameters were wrongly shown. When I did the same from Lal Pathlab all parameters got corrected.

When I told management they got the test done again and again showed wrong test results.

Please dont go with this since if you have someissue in your body the tests will show the same as OK and if not then the tests will show as NOT OK

Meditest is the worst lab I have encountered with in my entire life. service is very poor. They called me after 2 hours of appointment time. zero professionalism.
We have booked the appointment at 8.00 AM. because for testing blood sample minimum fasting time should be 8 and max 10 hours but they are calling after 11 hours and saying it's doesn't matter for hours.

Worst ever lab pls donot get tested from this lab better get it done from any of the local labs paying more they are not reliable and donot give you reports on time
I my self waiting for the reports since yesterday morning waited more than 36 hours but every time new excuse you will get
I missed two sr doctors appointments just because of this company
Hence it is requested to all my friends never get yourself tested from this lab rather get it done from some other lab by paying little more or less

Very bad experience cancel appointment at last moment they have hired some commission agent who can cancel bookings.

I booked a Thyroid Profile for my family member for 9th April 2021. Their officer didn't arrive on the alloted time. The height of unprofessionalism was such that neither the officer arrived nor meditest team called or msgd me for cancellation or postponement. Ridiculous service. Upon waiting for one hour more than the alloted time, I called up their CCare and the officer (Anjita), upon hearing my entire complaint said that she shall check & get back to me within 15 mins. Despite waiting for 6 hours of the day, I didn't recieve any call on my complaint. I called them back in the evening to rebook the appointment for sample collection for 10th Apr'21. It was again officer Anjita. She promised me that the sample will be collected for sure next morning without any further delay. Today again i.e. 10th April'21, no one came for the sample collection nor any cancellation msg or call. Their service sucks. Do not trust these time wasters. They don't care about patient lives or urgency. Extremely pathetic and poor service.

I had booked two full body packages for me and my brother On Wednesday. The sample was to be collected on Friday morning i.e. on April 02,2021. I received the confirmation messages. Then on Thursday I received a message that we need to observe fasting and can have only plain water before sampling on Friday morning. We observed fasting. At 9:49 pm on Thursday I received a call that if it's ok with me in case the samples can be collected on Saturday or Sunday. I refused and told them in case it's not possible then cancel it. I was sleeping when I received another call at 10:46pm from the same executive. He then informed that samples cannot be collected tomorrow morning and also offered to reduce the price in case we are ready to give samples some other day. It was frustrating and highly unprofessional to disturb at night and cancel sample collection at last minute that too when booking was made well in advance. No confirmation of cancellation was given . So when I woke up I obviously waited. But no one turned up to collect the samples neither any message of cancellation was sent to me. So ultimately I had to book for package somewhere else.

ill tell you my experience with meditest.in. I usually use SRL for home collections but this time i decided to try meditest so I booked a full body test and IgE test on feb 6, 2021. Now seems like they only have a single agent collecting samples based on the amount of calls from waiting and frustrated customers while he was collecting my sample. So their lab is in jhilmil and he says he was late in arriving at my place for the collection because he was busy collecting multiple samples before me since 8.30 AM and he reached my place around 11.50. I could see some collected vials in his container. Jhilmil is already about 25kms from my place and the outside temperature is about 29°C that day. I asked him as to why he is not carrying a temperature controlled container and he said the temperature is still cold outside so its not necessary. Fine but then his next collection was at holambi khurd which is further 24 kms from my place and about 50kms from jhilmil so even if he goes back to jhilmil directly after that, its already about 75kms in the heat outside on a bike. And you might say thats perhaps not unusual but what was most unusual was when i got the report in the evening i received a urine sample report as well which i did not provide a sample for. i was given the option but i opted out of it but still got a report, so either they are miracle workers that can give me a urine report without a sample or else im beginning to think that their reports are not trustworthy. How can I sincerely belief the other reports now? i just hope the reports are not random numbers entered by a data entry guy working from home from somewhere during this covid time
