From start to end (which was less than 48 hours) the level of communication and service was unparalleled.
I sent my item at 1pm. By 9am the following day I received SMS to advise it was received. A follow up text and call at around midday to advise it would be repaired and dispatched that day. Which it was. Had I not been out at 9am the following day I would have been in receipt of my repaired iPad in around 44 hours.

Fantastic iPad screen repair at great price. I posted my iPad to Med Repairs on Friday expecting it to take at least a week or more. I was notified on the Monday morning that my iPad had been received and tested and prepared for screen repair. Monday afternoon I was notified to say my iPad was repaired and on its way back. I am actually using it now on Tuesday to post this review. What a brilliant service. Thank you.

I’ve used this company twice, on different occasions and have sent my device via post. Both times the service has been very fast and communication between the company and myself has been exceptional. When the product has been returned it has been as good as new. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Fast and efficient service. Screen replacement was needed and the company repaired within 30mins. Most stores charged £80+ however MED Repairs got it done for under £50. Amazing.

I was concerned about sending my iPad away for repair but after an online chat and a phone call in response to a query, I felt confident. The service was excellent, sent the iPad on Monday and it was returned by Friday with Bank Holiday in between! Excellent job, would certainly recommend

Great service, quick repair and great price.

I was struggling beforehand to find a place that could do same day repairs for my unresponsive touch screen, and at a reasonable cost and by luck I found MED Repairs.

Their website was easy to navigate, I was able to book an appointment easy enough, all their information about costs are stated, so I wasn't waiting for a call back or an email response for information, it was all there to see.

Excluding travel costs, they still came up a bit cheaper than some of the other services I had been looking at. They were quick with their repairs, in about 30 minutes my touch device was up and running. A few weeks on, it's still running smoothly and I haven't had any issues with it.

I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use their services again. Not for breakages, hopefully, but they do battery replacements as well.

Great customer service and a really quick repair - I had my iPad back within three days of mailing it despite stuffing up the screen size on the order. So far it’s worked perfectly, which is always a concern when using a non-Apple provider. Remember though that if your device is still under warranty this is voided!

iPad Air. Smashed screen. Paid online followed the dispatch instructions. Sent Monday special delivery. Email receipt from these guys Tuesday am to say received. Another email lunchtime same day to say repaired and returned. Delivered to me the following day Wednesday. First class service and comms at a very good price. Based on my experience I would recommend.

Absolutely can’t fault this service, super fast quick turnaround top quality job. Thank you ever so much. Will definitely use you again (hopefully not because it means something’s broken again 😞) I will also recommend to family and friends.
