Fantastic service, the guy I saw was honest and knowledgeable. Did exactly what was required, kept me informed throughout the process and pricing was very very reasonable. I went back straightaway with a different phone as I knew this is a legit trustworthy business and very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

After the first time getting my iPad battery replaced I went straight to med repair with another iPad that needed the same thing. Such a great company that I would recommend to anyone. It’s so nice to be kept informed about what is happening. A email when my iPad arrived followed by one telling me it had been checked out & was now having the battery replaced. Then one to say it was finished and being posted back to me. And so fast ! . Posted on Thursday afternoon and had my iPad back on Saturday morning. I really can’t recommend enough. 11/10

Sent my iPad Air for a screen replacement. Was informed of progress and test results at every stage of the process (text and email) which set my mind at ease. Fixed very quickly and returned safely. Some ghosting issues but quickly and effectively seen to. Exceeded expectations. Would use again.

Had an iWatch screen replaced. Service was excellent starting with an initial call which explained the process. Posted watch and received confirmation of receipt next day. Received the watch the following day with a great new screen. Communication was excellent throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

I was dubious sending my I-pad mini off to someone i hadn't heard of or used before.I had a screen smashed from sitting on it so wasn't expecting to find a company to repair it for a cheap price or to a good standard...oh man was I wrong!!!
I sent it on a Monday afternoon by post to arrive by 1pm next day I had an email Tuesday midday to say it had been received. a couple of hours later I had a report of the checks they had done prior to repairing the glass, volume, battery life etc. all good so they were going ahead and replacing the glass. by 4pm on that day my I-pad repaired and in the post back to us.
Wednesday it arrived very well wrapped and an excellent repair...I cannot say how rare it is to find a company that gives 5 star customer service from the start to the finish....I hope I wont be having to use you again,but if I do your details are are saved as best company!!! Thank you

What tremendous service. I posted my IPAD as it was in need of a battery replacement. Received an email the next day confirming arrival and it was fixed and posted back to me on the same day.48 hours turnover. No-one can better this service. Considering how tricky it is to replace a battery, it isn't worth the hassle trying to do it yourself. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you and please keep up the good work.

Absolutely first class service. Med Repairs put a new screen on my iPad for avery reasonable price. Apple wanted £ 400. ?? All this was done in the time it took to have a cup of coffee. If I am ever silly enough to drop my iPad again Med Repairs are the only people I will go to. Thanks guys. Andy Bradford

We have used MED repairs several times now to repair both personal and business Ipads and Iphones - they are extremely efficient, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Their pricing structure is very competitive with the added bonus of there being a one year warranty on the repair.

I was surprised how quickly my watch was fixed and returned about 4 days! Looks as good as new and works perfectly.

I used them for a screen replacement on my iPhone 5S about a year ago and now my battery started working funny so I sent it back to MED for yet another fantastic repair.
