I ordered an engraved stethoscope on the morning of the bank holiday. Just 9 hours later, my partner surprised me with one, also engraved, so I tried to cancel my order immediately.

However, I was unable to cancel my order, because the company’s offices were closed and there was no alternative way to cancel online or through an automated service. I emailed twice to request cancellation as soon as possible.

When I called first thing on Tuesday morning, I was told the order could not be cancelled because it was an engraved order. I pointed out that their offices had been closed, so it seemed unlikely the engraving had already been completed or even sent off before my cancellation request.I was then told customers only have 30 minutes from ordering to cancel an engraved order. There is NO mention of this 30-minute cancellation window in their cancellation policy. More importantly, there was no practical means of cancelling within that timeframe even if I tried, due to the office closure.

I asked for evidence of when the order had been processed or sent for engraving, especially given they were closed, but they refused to provide this information.

This feels like very poor business practice, with an inadequate cancellation procedure and extremely disappointing customer service. I have now had to contact my bank to cancel the payment. I would not use this company again.

All very efficient, however, slightly miffed that had I delayed the purchase, I would have got a discount and I bought 2 stethoscopes.

The delivery was prompt. I bought the Littman core digital high polish rainbow finish stethoscope as a gift. The person to whom I gifted it loves the stethoscope and has confirmed the active noise cancellation as advertised on the product. They also confirmed the products light weight design.

ordered 2 steth name tags engraved - one was great and the other was dim - my email was quickly responded to and a replacement was sent. Great service will use again

Ive worked for 3 other companies that do this and I just cant say enough good things about this company. Good customer service and great communication skills. They get things done very quickly. Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Cheapest place to buy a Littmann and have it engraved.

I ordered Lettman III Classic, the product is amazing. But i request only for delivery method to avoid the f….g Royal Mail. I ordered about 6 days before for my friend was leaving abroad. The Medscope dispatched to Royal Mail on same day, but then it took 7 days. Now i will send it by other means to my friend.

Bought several items on in bulk from Medscope. Dispatch and delivery was extremely prompt. Communication kept me informed. All for a decent price. Happy with the service and the purchase, will remember the name.

After having difficulty sourcing fragrance free laundry tabs, I found them on the medscope site at a very good price. Easy to order, arrived within a day or two, exactly as described. Happy.

Don’t use!!!! I was never told my product was out of stock but had paid extra for a speedy delivery. Promised a refund by email and then completely ignored. Disgraceful customer service. I’m still waiting for my refund!!!

I have placed an order, getting a tracking number is proving to be extremely difficult, phoning the company seems to be impossible, I have emailed them 5 times and received an automated response, a follow up on the last email, they don't take phone calls so keep bombarding them will emails, eventually received my delivery obviously late, will purchase from elsewhere in the future
