I love Soci. It saves me so much time by providing feedback on reviews to all of my sites whereas if I had to do it myself, it would take me forever. They are a life savor

The review portal has been good allowing me to see the reviews quickly as well as how responses are occurring.

Soci is a good platform and easy to use.

I greatly appreciate the managing of the reviews from customers and that is always done in a timely manner. Posts on Facebook are great just wish you'd include instagram at least once a week because we're missing out with growing followers on that platform. I also miss not getting feedback like I used to get monthly from Sasha.

Our experience with SOCi has been good. To have the help in managing out social media has freed up time to spend on other things!

This is a great platform for the whole team to access the individual social media accounts! Now if I can just get the whole team on board!

Overall wonderful tool for centralized reputation management

SOCi has increased my content on all platforms by providing access to Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business all on one site! Being able to schedule and streamline my posts on a day to day basis has made my job SO much easier. I would recommend SOCi to anyone who has a strong media presence.

Half the features don't work when I expect them to. Other features don't seem to work at all. Sometimes I can upload images and create their search tags - a key part of the process - and other times, it just doesn't allow me to tag or edit tags. Instagram should allow for more than one image. There's no way to post Stories on either IG or Facebook. There should be ways to filter, sort, delete archives of images. The "creative" area is useless. When I get notifications, they are already hours or a day old. There are times when I need to go back to a message and they aren't there anymore. The business went through months of API errors and posting failures.

Graphics are good and inviting. Postings seem to obtain good hits.
Special events work well with community on postings.

SOCi has been so very helpful with our social media needs. Their customer service is quick to respond to any questions. We appreciate all they do for our Ace Hardware.

I like the idea, I just dont find it useful, so I stopped using it. We have facebook and instagram, and they play well together, so logging in to SOCI is kinda superfluous. It's easier just to connect the 2 apps to each other. SOCI promised ready to use, professionally made graphics, but every time I needed one it wasn't there. All the graphics seemed to be versions of the same thing, and our store is very varied. We do a LOT of work with Children's Miracle Network, and they had nothing for that. (The rep I spoke to had never heard of it.) Also, to speak with a rep you have to book a time? It's all very . . . ponderous. Our data never populated like it was supposed to either.
