It can't upload videos to Instagram, and with videos being more popular these days that isn't very good for us. The tagging on Instagram is weird and doesn't work and there is no geo-targeting, and you get more eyes when you geo target and you do tags on your photos. It's confusing and doesn't work. Also, I schedule two posts to go out this past weekend and nothing went out, it still shows in the calendar but nothing posted. Very annoying.

Love that it is automated and yet allows me to customize too. Very cool that it notifies me of social media policy changes as well.

I dont know if its SOCI or TES but I'm not getting much traction on social media yet

I do not recommend Soci. They definitely make it sound like the program is easier to manage then it actually is. Everyone is very nice to speak to BUT the "upper management" is definitely not interested in assisting their customers. I am a small company but I decided to sign up for a 12 month contract. When there were delays on my end, I asked if I could put a pause on the contract for a few months. The person I spoke to at the time (he is no longer with the company) said he didn't think it would be a problem at all. However, it took them several months to finally tell me that they would NOT put the contract on hold. So I lost those months while I was waiting for an answer to a reasonable request but they weren't at all willing to work with me. Again, everyone I spoke to was very nice but everything had to go through the person in charge and he didn't help me out when I needed it. I don't recommend this company.

***Update*** I called Soci as they said to do in their response to my review and I spoke to someone about "making it right". I told him all the details and he was very nice and promised he would get back to me... I never heard back. I can still honestly say that I DO NOT recommend Soci. (PS - This is the first negative review I have ever given online.)

The platform is rubust, yet easy to navigate and execute. Every rep I have worked with has been professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful.

Our company used Soci for a year and had an excellent experience with the platform. We're distributed across several regions and it was necessary to have a central location for content, publishing and analytics, so Soci was a great solution for that type of distribution.

The platform lacks in super in-depth analytics tools (SOV, etc.), but if you're more focused on tracking engagement from a broad POV, this platform will give you everything you need. From recent calls, it sounds like they will be continuing to update the platform with ever-more tools as well. Their reporting platform is also super strong.

In all, I can highly recommend Soci to any company with a similar architecture to our own. I also want to recommend Ayesha Anand specifically as a customer excellence manager, she did a fantastic job taking care of our company.

Our company has been using SOCi for awhile for just uploading and scheduling social media post for our clients, but recently we started to utilize the boosting plus and reputation management systems that SOCi offers. We could not be more satisfied with these added services! The team at SOCi is absolutely amazing and helped made the integration smooth for our company. Our account manager Amanda has been great since day one- she makes sure that we are up to date with the latest things we could use to make our and our clients lives easier. During our biweekly cadence calls, she makes sure that we have all our questions answered and always keeps us up to date with new webinars that we may be interested.

SoCi has been an amazing addition for our company. Our representative, Amanda, is the best and she frequently calls and emails to check in with us. The program is easy to use and is easy to implement. Their app is a lifesaver!

Choosing SOCi as our social media management platform was a great decision for our company! Our franchisees have loved having everything they need under one roof, and the support and training we've received from the SOCi team has been fantastic. We're very happy with the system and highly recommend it!!!

Overall great experience! We used the service primarily for online reputation management and monthly social reports. Very user friendly and beautiful straight-forward reports.

One point that I can't stress enough is how attentive and wonderful our account manager Amanda was. She held weekly training meetings and answered all of our concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.

After signing up for SOCi at the the end of last March, we quickly began to realize that it was not the platform we wanted for organizing social posts for our list of clients. It is not as easy to use as they want you to believe- especially because no longer do you want all the same content running across all social sites!
We tried to stick with it for a few months but by June, we decided to cut the cord. I repeatedly emailed several of the contacts we had at SOCi letting them all know our desire was to cancel the subscription. We have not used it since and now I get a letter stating we owe $1500 or we'll be sent to collections! Do NOT not be fooled - this is a bully of company that cares only about their dollars.

The Best Social Media Platform, we love it. Great team, helped us to setup multiple locations nation wide and increased engagements with our clients and followers.

We do not have the login information to all our facebook and twitter account. very disappointed.

SOCI is a great tool in the busy life of property management. Social Media plays a HUGE role with our resident profile. SOCI assist the staff in being present when life gets too crazy by letting us schedule ahead. Also the reporting lets us know what posts works the best for us. Love it!

SOCI does updates to my facebook that I don't have time to do.

Great system. Easy way to post to all social medias and great way to check your exposure.
