I have only positive things to say about my experience with Meisterdrucke. From the care that was taken in packaging to the frequent and easily accessible updates about my order and - of course - the gorgeous final painting itself, I highly recommend.

Absolut fantastischer Anbieter.
Das bestellte Kunstwerk wurde sorgfältig geprüft, mir wurde sogar eine verbesserte Farbvariante in bester Qualität angeboten und der Versand ging nach Fertigstellung sehr schnell.
Die gelieferte Qualität ist hervorragend, vom Druck über den Keilrahmen bis hin zum Holzrahmen.

Maximal attention to the customer. After i placed my order I was contacted to receive suggestion on how to improve the color palette of my original order. When I had issue on the shipment I contacted them and I was supported throughout. Then the most important part, the painting. It is exactly what I wanted. Nice canvas, nice color. The final
effect is ‘wow’!

Die angebotene Auswahl an Reproduktionen wie an deren Aufbereitung in Druck und Rahmung ist staunenswert. Allerdings sind das Preisniveau recht hoch und die Lieferzeit relativ lang.

Die bestellten Bilder sind wunderschön: Sehr hochwertige Drucke und vor allem hochwertige Rahmen! Sie kamen absolut bruchsicher, top verpackt und ohne jeglichen Staub, Schmutz oder auch den kleinsten Kratzer bei mir an. Ein Traum! SPITZE !

Absolutely stunning print. The colors are vibrant, the quality is exceptional, and it looks even more beautiful in person. Delivery was faster than expected and everything arrived perfectly packaged. I’m genuinely thrilled with this piece — it exceeded all my expectations.

There were massive delays with my order and I had to threaten legal action to receive it. When it arrived the actual print was tiny with a lot of white paper around it included in the "size" - nowhere near the image I was shown when ordering

What a fabulous experience! I cannot recommend Meister Drucke highly enough. My wife has always had a favourite painting which is displayed locally to us here in Scotland. She now has her very own recreation of it in the house and is completely thrilled. The quality of the print, the canvas and the framing is absolutely first class and the support and service along the way are also first class. We will definitely use this company again.

I have used Meister Drucke for the first time and having ordered a print from the company, there was an air of trepidation about what the quality of the product might be. Any fears were instantly swpet aside on recieving my print. Every aspect of this order is worth more than 5 stars. From the quality of the frame, the frame assembly, the quality of the print, The delivery window, the packaging (superb!), everything exceeded my expectations. I can't thank Julia and her team enough for our Christmas present order that will remain very special for years to come.

Ordered a very large print from Meisterdrucke pre Xmas with a tight deadline to receive it, get it framed and hung in time for Christmas Eve.
Julia worked hard at a very busy time to make it happen!
It arrived in plenty of time and I absolutely love it!! The quality of the print on ‘Renoir ‘ paper is exceptional.

AGGIORNAMENTO:
oggi il mio ordine ha fatto ben 4 passi indietro: é tornato allo stato In progress, (il primo passo della lunga scalinata per la spedizione). E alle mie mail rispondono solo con tante scuse e richieste di pazientare. E passato UN MESE. L’ordine sarebbe dovuto essere nelle mie mani già da due settimane, e invece siamo ancora a questo punto.
Se solo potessi annullarlo e riprendermi i soldi lo farei.

Ci sono tutte le premesse per una truffa.

Ho ordinato una semplice stampa su carta fotografica matte, niente cornice, niente vetro, niente "fronzoli", ad oggi dopo 3 settimane il mio ordine risulta ancora in lavorazione. E' fermo in stampa da più di 15gg.
Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni inizialmente hanno risposto che l'ordine sarebbe partito dopo un'altra settimana; trascorsa la quale, dietro mia nuova sollecitazione, mi hanno risposto dicendo solo che non sono in grado di darmi una data di spedizione "a causa della mole di lavoro". Hanno aggiunto tante scuse e apologize, blablabla..... inutili ai fini della risoluzione del problema.
Trovo inaccettabile che dopo 21 gg dall'ordine non siano ancora in grado di fornire neanche una data di spedizione!
Meno male che non era un regalo di Natale....

Mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione, con commenti sulla qualità dell'articolo, dopo che sarà finalmente arrivata la stampa.
Al momento posso solo dire "assoluta mancanza di professionalità e organizzazione"

Le tableau est magnifique, le cadre sublime, et la qualité générale dépasse largement mes attentes.

So, I ordered a large print of The Annunciation by Fra Angelico from a very large and popular American "art/poster" site advertising giclee print quality. The quality for a large print was atrocious. They refunded me when I sent pictures of the blurry print vs. a Wikipedia commons representation. They stated they couldn't do better. At least I got to keep the frame to reuse.

I turned to MeisterDrucke and emailed inquiring about the fidelity of the image in a 30 x 40 inch print of the same fresco. They confirmed (in English, I don't speak German) that the print department could pull off a very high fidelity image, so I took the plunge.

Amazing quality. Could not be happier when it arrived. Night and day difference from the American website.
