Fast, efficient, good value, would recommend.

I've twice smashed the screen on my iPhone and found them reliable, fast and good to deal with. A really good service.
My only slight gripe is that the shipping process is a bit confusing, although that is as much a problem with UPS

Mendmyi are a great team who get us out of pickles on a regular basis. With two boisterous children who seem to regularly crack ipad screens we seem to use the guys services a lot. The best thing for me is they will pop by to pick up and drop off the tablet, even if I am not at home they will happily make arrangements for collection. Excellent friendly and prompt service.

Brilliant company had to phones repaired and both done within 24 hours and both work brand new. Also would like to thank mend my I as was quoted a price but on organising payment it turned out to be more but when questioned that on honoured the original quote witch I thought was grate would use again and would also put anybody who has phone problems straight in there direction

mendmyi took delivery of our 'dead' iPhone 6, analysed the problem and communicated with us by very informative pdf documents. The problem turned out to be a faulty logic board, which they repaired promptly. The phone was returned securely. They charged a very reasonable £95, while we saved the £250 write-off cost. We are very pleased with this service and would not hesitate to use the firm again.

I/c chip (3rd party charger) problem. Fixed!! I wish I'd gone to Mendmyi first as first repair shop ruined the battery in the process of saying it couldn't be fixed. I've had a prompt service, regular updates and the phone returned in an hour delivery slot. Would not use anyone else!

Smashed screen and broken home button. Mended and back with me within three days of receipt.

Far more positive than I expected. Very Happy! Not the money grabbing attitude of Apple.

My water-damaged iPod Touch came back good as new with a replaced battery. Hiccup with the collection service, I'd advise sending your device by Special Delivery as the UPS collection process simply didn't work.

I was really impressed with the service from mendmyi. My iPad was repaired back to its original state in 4 days. I was kept informed and updated and received a fast response to any queries. Would recommend and use again (hopefully won't have to though)!

When repairing our companies handsets with other companies in the past the quality of the components used has on occasion been noticeably inferior. I have no complaints about this service however, good quality components, thorough testing and a quick turnaround. I intend on using this service again.
