Schoenen besteld staan al een week in het warehouse in China. Mails gestuurd met een vraag over de voortgang. Geen enkele reactie. Zeer slecht bedrijf. Zeer slechte communicatie. 1 ster in de beoordeling is eigenlijk nog veel te veel.

Habe ein Schuhdesign online bestellt. Es kam dann nach ewigen 4 Monaten an. Nie wieder!!

I placed an order last Sept. 19. Until now I still haven't got my tracking number. I don't have any idea as to when will my product arrive. Or if they will still arrive. MLB'S NOT REPLYING TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I HATE IT WHEN I DONT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT MY ORDER. I WISH THEY'LL RESOLVE THE ISSUE. ASAP.

First of all the shoes. They are great, I loved them as soon as I opened the package. They are above my expectations.
I bought a pair of shoes on 3 of September. After 15 days I started sending email and whatsapp messages because I had not already received the tracking number. I started thinking the whole site was a fraud BUT on sunday, 27 of September, I received the tracking. Two days later I received the package.
Considering that everywhere in the website and confirmation email is written that the shipping could have a delay, 13 working days for packages that comes from China (I live in Italy) seems to be quite fair.
But where is customer service? I have written several emails and but I have only received some automatic reply.
The package started from China on 15 of September, I would appreciate to receive an email on that date, I would have been more relaxed.
Please consider to improve your customer service.

I hope my feedback will be useful and prevent people from buying their shoes. We ordered 2 pairs about 2 months ago. First of all, for a long time there was radio silence regarding our order: no one would pick up the phone in the office or reply on WhatsApp. We started writing on Facebook and finally got the shoes. They look alright, but they are soooo uncomfortable! Same size but feel very different on feet. One pair is too large and we wanted to return immediately. Again, no reply. They are virtually unreachable! No way to return. Both pairs have a very rigid sole - your feet start aching after just one hour of wearing! Considering you will not be able to return your purchase, I do not recommend buying anything from these guys.
BTW, everything about this company looks phony - the UK address is not a real one, it's just a mailbox, so no way to physically reach them

Pedi unas sneakers para mi hijo hace 2 meses. He ido consultando el track del shipment para ver por donde iba el pedido. El 14 de septiembre lo actualizan diciendo no localizado y devuelven el pedido al emisor. Nadie ha contactado con nosotros para realizar la entrega. Creo que simplemente es una estafa y de esta forma justifican que no te entregan las sneakers y por lo tanto has perdido los 80 euros que costaron. NO OS DEJEIS ENGAÑAR. YO COMETI EL ERROR DE NO LEER ESTAS OPINIONES ANTES DE COMPRAR EN LA TIENDA.

Ich hatte mir Schuhe bestellt, die ich vom Design gut fand.
Es hat ewig gedauert bis die Bestellung ankam. Die Schuhe haben so extrem nach Plastik gestunken, dass ich erst einmal die Fenster öffnen musste.
Die Qualität der Schuhe ist mangelhaft und außerdem sehen die Schuhe auf der Internetseite viel besser aus, als sie in Wirklichkeit sind.
Der Support ist nicht erreichbar und zurücksenden kann man die Produkte auch nicht.
Billiger Massenproduktionsmüll aus China und keine Luxury Boutique aus London!

So I placed my order on the 17th of March, 2020 for a kyrene chevron armour x9x(size 8) and chose the standard delivery option(7-14 days). I got a confirmation mail from them displaying positive payment status and confirmation of order. later I get an email from them with the tracking number on the 27th of march saying order is on the way.
Then the website automatically updates that my order has been delivered on the 31st of March during which time, if I am not wrong, The whole of my country was under a stringent lockdown and that it is under no circumstances possible that my order could've been delivered. I do not get a confirmation email from them stating delivery and to prove this right, check out the tracking number in the title and feed it in this website to see that my order is still stuck in china since May of this year.. trust pilot won't let me post links here but you can see it on their delivery partner's website that is

Till this day I write them emails for an update over my order but they never reply. I feel cheated and scammed and i feel so helpless that there is nothing i can do about it.

All the facts are crystal clear here. See for yourself before you place an order with these guys. They are even trying to hide a bunch of people's reviews by reporting them to trustpilot but the truth is they know they're scammer and don't want the general crowd to see those reviews. I don't know if my review is going down or not but my honest recommendation is to steer clear from these people.

I placed my order on 4th September and have received no information or update. I've sent 2 emails requesting updates and have received no reply. I even message them on their Instagram page and still no response. It looks like I've been scammed out of £80. I'd say to anyone considering buying anything from Men's Luxury Boutique, don't bother as you will not receive your goods and you can't get your money back.

Update:
After posting my review on here on 20th, I conveniently received my trainers on 28th. It's a shame that I had to post the review, but after 2 emails, 2 Instagram DMs and a WhatsApp message with no courtesy of a response, they left me no option. It's interesting that my review was flagged by them, but they could not respond to any of my attempts to make contact.

I ordered a Hector Trojan Sneakers and waited over a month to get them. However, it came with the wrong colour. One not even available in the options. I contacted them three days ago but i have not gotten a reply.

I’ve emailed, called, and wrote on their social media page. No tracking information or response to anything. All I need is tracking information or a refund at this point

So my son was looking at these shoes and wanted them something fierce. His birthday had just passed so I decided that I would purchase a pair of shoes for him even though I thought they looked cheesy and cheap. Well, order placed, money taken from account and no email regarding order, tracking, confirmation or anything. Sent an email, no reply. Used what's app like stated on website, no answer on call or messages. Guess I'm out 98 dollars, but what really effing upsets me is that I now have to tell my son he's not getting the shoes he wanted and that the website is a scam.

okay so i order 3 shoes and they are really nice and look really bad ass and then i also order 3 pants and i just got one of my pants so i ahve try to contact MLB but they never replay me, so i dont think they ever will reply me. so because of that i only give them 2 start ortherwise i will have given them 4 start for the product.

OK! Here is my story...I've placed my order on 12 august and today i've received my sneakers (PHANTOM 'Dynamic Deceptor' X9X Sneakers × 1). Not sure 3 stars is good mark for this shop...But actually they (sneakers) are pretty cool...poor quality for the price though. But after reading this reviews i thought this company is a complete fraud....Eu...Us? No way this is just some CHINA "super smart" company. Really making some cash...Haha ...Luxury lol....I'm just happy sneakers actually came and i fit in them and they are comfortable.

Support just don't exist...don't waste your time...I've asked them to put me 43 instead of 42 (eu size) but sure i've got 42 and luckily it's ok. Anyway this shop is overpriced. Still...they are ***ucking marketing gods.

After four months I have finally received the product. Bad experience

Commande passée (via pub Instagram) il y a 2 semaines (paiement immédiat, bien sûr). Mail de confirmation reçu - depuis rien, aucun message d'expédition ni numéro de colis. Messages (mail, Insta, facebook) sans aucune réponse.
La vitesse d'encaissement et diamétralement opposée à leur notion de service.
Une pauvre étoile car il faut bien en mettre une.

Before you buy anything from this site try to contact them through WhatsApp, phone or email and you'll realise that no one will reply. The site is just a nice display to steal your money.
It's just a scam I've been stolen 70 pounds and I am just trying to warn everybody else before they make the mistake to give money to these tricksters. I've been trying to contact them for 5 days now with no results.
