Scarpe belle ma con materiali abbastanza scarsi. Arrivato tutto ma un paio di scarpe completamente diverse dalle foto. Provato contattare per risolvere problema ma assistenza clienti completamente assente. Non vale il rischio, con stesse somme si trovano scarpe di qualità piu alta e servizio clienti che funziona per risolvere imprevisti.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my Fiance's Birthday present on November 2nd, I received an email that the shipping label will be created within 14 days, I got the tracking number but no carrier information, and while trying to track using that tracking number, I am getting Error "Not found". I paid $80 for shoes and still didn't receive it. It's not studded with ruby and diamond that it should take so long. This is the longest I have waited for any order.

I ordered shoes from them it's been 6 weeks now they gave me tracking nos and today November 23, 2020 it was stated already delivered when I checked it, it was delivered on Saskatchewan AB, WHICH is another province in Canada and I lived in Surrey Bc, I noticed also they gave me 2 tracking nos the 1st one is not working the 2nd one was ok but not in my name and address according to Canada post the courier so this is scammed don't buy and please report

7 weeks since an order and shoes and still I dont have shoes

I've paid for sneakers and straight away received email that will be significant delays with delivery which are not acceptable for me as by that time I'll be leaving home for 4-5 months, so I emailed for refund and got back standard email about the same delays and links to questions and answers...

You've been provided with order #MLB44289 from my email twice on 13 Nov and what I got only automatic reply ! Now yesterday 25 Nov I've got from you tracking number which "Not found" on tracking system by clicking on provided link !!!! UNREAL !!!

I am happy so far with my 1 order of shoes that I received from the company.It didn't take long to receive them from the U.K to the U.S,and I got exactly what I ordered.i enjoyed the experience and the product so much that I have ordered another pair of shoes from men's luxury boutique!!

Bought a pair of the neon green trainers at £68 n OMG literally the worst pair of shoes I've got in my life!haha in the picture there just neon green but when I get the shoes.. there covered with some sort of blue paint lines, it is such a bang up job and they paint lines on both shoes don't even match haha, save your money guys honestly. The quality of the shoes is disgraceful they are so cheep and nasty. The big chunky sole is made from foam you get better quality shoes for a fiver from Primark.....

Where is my parcel. I have tried to contact you via email, facebook and phone (mailbox full unable to leave message). Order place on 29 Oct still showing as unfulfilled 2 weeks later. THIS IS FRAUD!!

UPDATED 16 NOV 2020 - OK I was wrong about this compnay. The trainers I ordered arrived today and are exactly what I wanted.

Granted the customer service is awful / non existant and delivery was a little longer than I thought it would be but I am happy to recommend them.

Estafa. Pedí unas deportivas en verano y a día 10/11/2020 todavía no me han llegado. He contactado numerosas veces por gmail con atención al cliente y no me han contestado. En fin 87 euros perdidos.

Azienda poco seria. Le scarpe sono belle e comode. I materiali lasciano desiderare. Si sono rotte dopo una settimana. Servizio clienti assente. Whatsapp assente, mail assente. Evitate di comprare..non rispondono...

My 12 y.o. son received wrong color of the shoes ordered and tried to contact the MLB by email, WhatsApp and telephone more than 10 times within 1 month, but still no reply.

Spent $500+ on 4 pairs of shoes that were ordered over 50 business days ago, (yes, business days!) and have not received a single one. Tracking numbers at this stage are showing items as delivered and one item as still on a flight in China, after multiple internal flights. Upon researching further, the shoes are actually sold for a fraction of the price in Wish and other wholesalers. The shop has a London address, but that's really not its true physical location. Customer service is strictly via automated email responses with information already available on their website. At this stage, it looks like I may be left without the products or a refund. The company does actively report or deletes negative reviews and poor customer experiences on this platform and all their social media. If you're lucky to read this before they report this comment then I strongly advise to go waste your money somewhere else. It turns out the shoes are low quality, overpriced and may never arrive as this marketing get up is only good at tricky advertising and little else. Update: It only took 3 hours before they tried to report this review. But I have receipts and emails confirming my purchase. The parcel from SF Express with 3 shoes was NOT ever delivered on September 17th as they suggest below. I was FINALLY emailed and messaged after this review but they only sent me the same tracking numbers I had mentioned initially. One claims the shoes were delivered a month ago as previously stated. This is simply not true as it's quarantine and I have been home everyday. No parcels from Men's Luxury Boutique were ever delivered. I wasted over $500. Don't do it and please help me report their Instagram and social media accounts. I am also seeking legal advice if anyone wants to join in and ensure they pay us back and be banned from advertising and scamming others. In Australia, a first step is to report them to the ACCC. Update 2: 1 pair out of 4 has arrived. 3 pairs are still missing. MLB is blaming their choice of delivery service, who then claimed they have delivered it, though my CCTV suggests otherwise. No refunds, no resending, no options. I paid hundreds for 3 pairs of shoes that I'll never see. To top it up, the pair that has arrived looks bad and it's uncomfortable, slightly dirty, extremely low quality. It doesn't even have an insole. The stitching will come apart easily too. If I know I am stopping someone else from giving these guys any more money, then maybe I'll be able to forgive myself someday. They are absolutely not worth it! Excellent marketing though, fooled me once! Take a star for that. UPDATE 3: They've stopped responding all together and have blocked my account when I left alerts to others on social media. I have forwarded a petition to Instagram demonstrating how misleading their account is.

J'avais quelques doutes sur la fiabilité de ce site en commandant. Je me suis quand même laissé tenté puisque la paire était en solde et donc très peu chère. Je m'attendais à devoir attendre 2 mois pour les recevoir, et j'ai été agréablement surpris qu'elles arrivent au bout de quelques jours seulement. C'est malheuresement le seul point positif de cet achat. Je ne parlerais pas du packaging fait à l'arrache, tellement c'est un détail comparé au reste.
J'ai déjà eu quelques surprises en commandant des articles en ligne, mais celle-ci est assez forte. Le modèle que j'ai reçu est bien celui que j'ai commandé, mais ne ressemble pas réellement à ce que j'étais censé recevoir. On passera sur la qualité médiocre de la semelle, qui n'est pas visible sur une photo. Mais je ne peux pas ne pas tenir compte des motifs qui n'ont rien à voir avec ceux du modèle présenté, ou encore l'absence totale de bleu sur les chaussures ( 1 couleur sur 3 n'est pas sur le modèle ).
Je ne m'étendrais pas sur l'absurdité de ne pas pouvoir renvoyer ou échanger une paire sous prétexte qu'elle est en solde ( celui qui a réfléchit à ça est un géni ). Je viens donc d'envoyer un message sur leur site, même si je me doute que vu le sérieux de cette entreprise, je n'aurai peut-être jamais de réponse.
En relativisant, je me dis que je n'ai perdu que 50 euros, mais je préfère avertir pour que ça n'arrive pas à quelqu'un d'autre.

So I order a pair of shoes not that long ago and got them today don’t trust the site it’s a Scam I got them in a package that was half torn open it was ran over by tire treads do they taped over it, I had black streaks Ground into my shoes by tires no refunds as well don’t use site it’s a total (Scam).

This is one of the worst company ever. Do not buy and order from them. No refund, zero customer service response through phone emails and watsapp. Beware! This company is scam! I have requested for my tracking number for weeks now, not even 1 response! Forget of cancelling the order rofl. Please save yourselves and buy from other companies!
