2) Shoes looking same way, as they were exposed on site, however, still needed test of time to understand overall quality
3) three stars for poor client service (no response in any social medias or messengers) and huge waiting time

Bought x9x runners for my son, ordered early November, heard nothing for over three weeks, sent email asking where are my items, got same standard email reply as everyone else, (even their replies to the reviews here are the same), amazingly, three days after email, they arrived with a post date of the same date I sent my email looking for them 🤔, these were trainers reduced from £278 to £70, (so they say), they arrived unwraped/unboxed, just two trainers in a plastic bag, and finally, the quality of the trainers, material quality, I would give it 2 out of 10, durability, about 1 out if 10, value for money, 0 out of 10, these are as cheap as you could possibly get, a £2.99 pair of crocks bought in your local thrift shop would be better value, last longer, even weight more than these trainers😠 My advice, block this companies site, buy anywhere else except here, complete rip off.

This seems like a scam. Ordered over month ago and still haven't received the sneakers. They aren't reachable by phone or email.

Exactly the same problem as others: trainers haven’t arrived, can’t contact by phone, they’re not replying to emails! Do NOT use this Chinese company. Don’t be fooled by the British and US phone numbers!

My son saved all his pocket money and paid £79 for a pair of trainers on 5th November. We received an automatic email saying the items would be a little late and since then we've heard nothing. No tracking number has been sent and no response to numerous emails. Total theft!!

I've waited weeks for trainers as a Christmas present for my son. They are the wrong item and I'm worried I wont get an exchange or refund if I send them back. No paperwork/invoice/return address with the trainers which came in a bubble wrap bag. There is apparently no room on their message inbox when i call and no-one answers.

Ho scritto via WhatsApp, nail e Instagram per chiedere di fare il reso perché sul sito dicono che i prodotti in saldo non possono essere resi e di conseguenza non rimborsabili. Loro sono molto furbi però perché sul loro sito fanno figurare solo prodotti in saldo. Qualsiasi shop online per legge dovrebbe offrire almeno 14 giorni per effettuare un reso dopo aver ricevuta la merce, ma loro no. In Cina probabilmente le leggi sono diverse da tutto il resto del mondo. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto su questo sito. TRUFFATORI!

The website just Automatic finished my all payment, I just apply new account but somehow suddenly website just finished my payment and mail address True Apple Pay , so I need to cancel the order and change my information, I sent them email and tried to call them to UK/UK number all no answer but I saw their Instagram still upload the IG story, how come they have no time for customer service, I have tried everything to reach them but no answer , if admin from MLB see this one please help me to cancel my orders and payment asap #mlb48242

I ordered on Nov. 27th I want to cancel my order but sadly like others I have not to received a reply from my emails or WhatsApp. If anyone is checking these reviews, please cancel order MLB46491 and issue a refund.

It seems like a sham. Placed the order on Nov.11th. An auto-generated email was received on Nov. 13th informing of possible delays due to COVID situation. I sent an email on Nov 23rd asking for updates about shipment and within a short while i received an email informing that shipment was on its way and a tracking number was mentioned. Checked the tracking number and came to know that shipment was being processed from China and the package was't picked up yet by Aramex. That is when the first alarm bells set off. After shipment arrived at the destination and I followed up multiple times with Aramex for delivery but was in the end informed that the shipment was missing and to contact the supplier. So tried calling the supplier on the UK and US numbers listed on the website, but ofcourse no answer and a pre-recorded message saying they are unable to answer the call. Have sent an email and waiting for a response. Praying that I get my money back.

I’m writing this review after about a month of having them and here is my review 👍 I first found them off of a YouTube add a while back and I like the exotic look to the shoe which was the Yellow X9X Rage ZR. As time went on that I needed shoes I had remembered about this company and their shoe to the point where I considered buying a pair. After looking at the many negative reviews I thought to myself it may no be as good as it looks and it may be a scam but I decided to take my chance for a purchase. As time went on it had been about a month without notice but then all of sudden a week later I had gotten them. So basically it took about 5 weeks which is pretty understandable as they are from China and I live in Canada while in a global pandemic. I was a bit disappointed at first as it just came in a shipping bag and not in a regular shoe box but it’s about the shoe not what it comes with! (Would consider a bag though just because if they get thrown around or tossed they won’t get a mark before purchase. As I then got them I was super pleased as they were super comfortable and looked great. From them to now as I use them to go to school and to go out with friends I still find them great I just would not recommend stepping on rocks as they get stuck and I have to dig them out as well as if you get stepped on by a funny friend the stain can be hard to take out. I felt like my review would have a positive impact because many other of the reviews seem to be negative towards the company but their mainly focused with customer support in which I did not deal with. So basically as long as you can wait 5 weeks and you know what your foot size is you should be good to go. One last thing if you still need anything that may help you believe the company is not a scam or what not go check NARKOS on YouTube as he was the final decision maker into my purchase ✌️

I wanted to place some orders but seeing the negative feedback puts me down, please sort out all your issues with customers otherwise a new customer like me won't order, I was so excited to orders.

We would like to return the shoes of order MLB41323. We received this Tuesday the 10th of November 2020. On your website this is nog longer possible but by law we have the right from at least 14 day return period to announce the return intention and then we have another 14 days to return the package. Since this is now only 6 days we would like to assistance in returning this order.

This was already send to you by mail on the 15th and a reminder on the 24th but no response was received at all.

I have no information for my order. No ones reply at emails. Looks like a Fraud.
