Having my Mercedes EQA serviced at the Exeter Mercedes branch is always a good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the customer waiting area is very comfortable and has a great coffee machine and a good selection of refreshments. I really like the video of the service being carried out by the mercedes Technician.

Very easy to deal with and excellent communication.

Another service and MOT completed by the Exeter branch, not the closest to me but always willing to travel an extra distance to get a great service. Always friendly and helpful. Have renewed my service plan with them

I wanted to p/x my GLC and go back to an E Class Estate. Visiting the Exeter Mercedes franchise made that happen. The valuation of my GLC was better than I anticipated and the cash cost to change was within my budget. I dealt with Sam Ward who was excellent throughout. Paperwork was easy to follow, the process simple, customer friendly with no hard sell of possible add ons. I have no hesitation in awarding 5*

I took my car for a service at Mercedes Exeter . I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist . I was then taken care of by Mike , who I believe is the service manager . He ran through the details of the service and the cost . He arranged a loan car for me which was really helpful . The work carried out in good time.Overall I am very pleased with the service and will use them in future .

Professional from the minute you walk through the door from the reception greeting to your personal service team member nothing is ever to much trouble explaining the process.

This was my 11th annual service and 8th MOT since I bought my car from this company. Usual very efficient service, notifications, etc. with some additional work to pass the MOT carried out quickly. Mike particularly helpful when, on returning home, a fault became apparent with the handbrake and the car was collected this week and the handbrake repaired. Just what a customer should be able to expect from a MB main dealer.

Had my car in for a service booked in for 10:00, dropped my keys off. Was informed that it might be in all day, I pointed out on their website it highlighted two - three hours. The person who booked it in, said I'll speak to the service manager, came back and said he will try and sort it out. Had a couple of little jobs to do in the area, so popped out for an hour. Came back was told my car was in. Got a phone call from the service manager, they had to do a couple of things needing my approval. All sorted and done by 14:00, very pleased. Had a faulty tyre fitted, rang the a couple of days later. Told me to bring my car in on the Saturday morning, they agreed it was faulty and sorted it out within an hour. Very pleased with the service

Went into Mercedes-Benz Exeter with a malfunction on the dash. Greeted by the friendly staff offered a coffee whilst the diagnosis was run, the part was in stock and was back on the road fixed by the afternoon and then continued my journey. Excellent service

Very helpful staff. Always polite. Sorted fault with my C63 in a very timely professional manner. Always surprised with the level of customer service I receive from Mercedes south west. Highly recommended.

Purchased a new car. Impressed by the high level of expertise by the sales team especially Phil Cole. We appreciated Phil taking the time to understand our needs and preferences...very patient with our long list of questions !! Never any hard sales pressure to buy. Informative and very good knowlwdge of the vehicle. Very happy with the attention to detail when picking up our car for the first time.

My second MB from the Exeter Centre and, all in all, a pretty smooth experience. Stephen, our sales contact, couldn't have been more helpful and gave me a feeling of confidence and straightforwardness all the way through.

We were treated very well. All staff was extremely helpful. Explained clearly and thoroughly everything. We got exactly what we wanted and a deal which suited us. Looking forward what the after service is like.
