What I expect from a MB dealer: friendly staff, a good service, nice coffee and comfortable chairs. Exactly what I got.

Courtney helped me buy the vehicle with the utmost confidence. Very professional and informative - excellent customer service and handover of vehicle.

I was booked in for a waiting MOT plus a little small job to fit a trim behind the bumper as they thought the trim might take longer than unexpected. They provided me with a courtesy car so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership too long.

On time relaxing chairs in reception area unlimited coffee, tea or cold drinks and snacks, the car was washed before it was brought back. Excellent service the special offer was very generous and the air conditioning system is fantastic now cool all the way home.

Frazer and Jake were great from start to finish, also Vince the dog was well cared for at the showroom by the girl on reception, not sure of her name but she was clearly a dog lover. Thanks all 👍

Consistently good honest service

Why would an MOT failure due to excessive exhaust pass first time at independent MOT station?

Whilst on our annual holiday to Cornwall, our ML350 showed a warning on the dashboard "Auxiliary battery malfunction". Phoned Mercedes Truro on a Saturday morning, and they were able to book our vehicle in to replace the auxiliary battery on the Monday morning. We left the car with them at about 8:30am, and by 10:14am we got a call to say the work had been completed and the vehicle was ready for collection at our convenience.

All in all, great communication from the team, great customer service, as you world expect from MB, and we were able to drive confidently wherever we wanted for the rest of our trip. Many thanks and kind regards to the MB team at Truro, Mick and Gina

I have a service contract for my Mercedes B class and took it to the Mercedes garage, on time and as requested. During the service I had numerous phone calls on progress however, I was told I needed 2 new front tyres which would cost £179. I agreed that this was required. But when the service manager rang to say the car was ready he said the bill was over £450! The original engineer I spoke to forgot to mention that the tyres were £179 each!!! I then requested that the old tyres were put back on and I would go to my local garage for new tyres!! The Service manager agreed to remove the cost of the balancing and realignment and give me a trade price for the tyres. I agreed to the compromise and ended paying around £320. Miss information caused great stress and confusion hence my poor review.

Total clarity over costs and what was covered by warranty. Generosity over the loan car and a quick fix to my aircon. which worked!

Exelant service as always ,staff second to none. quickly made very welcome offering drinks and bikkys.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Car went in, had courtesy car, received video run through of car condition, received call to say work completed, all work carried out and car cleaned (inside and out). So, everything good. Would recommend them to others.

All the staff were helpful and polite and we did not feel under pressure at any time. Jake Mottershead was very professional and knowledgeable and we are very happy with our purchase.

The quality of service is top class and fitting for a car brand at this end of the market. My problem was a routine replacement of a battery at the end of its life but they still managed to surprise me with the level of helpfulness and service - above and beyond my expectations and far above that previously experienced in other dealerships. As they did indeed whenever I have used the Tresillian site. Particular thanks to Terry Howsego but universal thanks to the various others whose names I cannot recall.
Mercedes may appear a more expensive brand but the quality of goods and services make it value for money.
