My first E Class😁🙏🏌💯

I had an excellent experience buying my first Mercedes E-Class, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From the moment I walked into the showroom, the team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful and kind. They took the time to answer all of my many many questions lol, and explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or under pressure.

Their knowledge, honesty and integrity, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car. Buying my first E class Mercedes is a special milestone for me, and they made it an experience to remember.

I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a stress-free car-buying experience. Thank you again for all your help—I absolutely love my E-Class!

Thank you to Saj and his team!

Best wishes

Offered car has hidden defects

Offered car has hidden defects. Merc of Enfield can not be trusted. Saj only admits, if one finds the faults. If one wants to buy, one should be accompanied by a car expert to find the faults. Mercs of Enfield is too expensive for the poor quality, which they deliver.

Dear J D H,

Thank you for your fifth review.

We have now reported this review to the review platform, as we do not believe it serves the purpose of helping other customers. Genuine reviews should explain the specific issues experienced with a vehicle so that others can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, your reviews contains only broad allegations without any specific details or evidence.

Our records also show that you have never attended our forecourt or purchased a vehicle directly from us in person, and you have never had any face to face interaction with any member of our sales team. This makes it difficult to understand the basis of many of the statements made in your reviews.

In addition, you have contacted us on more than one occasion requesting reimbursement for a replacement key. This request was declined because it was made almost one year after the vehicle was purchased, well outside the timeframe in which such matters can reasonably be considered.

Throughout this matter, we have remained open to discussing any genuine concerns and resolving legitimate issues. However, repeatedly posting vague reviews without providing clear information is not constructive and does not help future customers understand what actually occurred.

We remain committed to honesty, transparency, and excellent customer service. If you have any specific concerns regarding your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can address them appropriately.

Amazing dealership with great customer service

Amazing dealership with great hospitality from start to finish. Ali was extremely informative, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, break down all the available options and helped me choose the perfect car without any pressure.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience and the car I left with. Highly recommend Mercofenfield and especially Ali for anyone looking for top customer service and a smooth buying experience!
