Regarding your gift card, we apologize for the confusion during checkout. To use your credit, please select the “Pay With Gift Card” option when placing your new order. You will also be asked to provide a backup payment method, such as a debit or credit card. Rest assured, as long as the total value of your order does not exceed the value of your gift card/store credit, your backup payment method will not be charged.
