We’re sorry that the return process required an extra step and caused unnecessary inconvenience. We understand that being asked to provide the tracking receipt, rather than simply the tracking number, felt like an unnecessary hassle for what should have been a straightforward return.

For refund processing, we need to receive all the necessary return details so our team can properly verify the shipment and process the refund as quickly as possible. The tracking receipt, including the package weight, helps us confirm the return details and avoid delays in processing.
