I ordered one of their products and decided that I could not afford it at the moment. But the product was sent anyway I mailed it back and I got a nice response saying they would remove it from my card and thanking me for considering their product.

I am still crapey and let them know. They said I was doing it right: twice a day on clean skin. They were kind enough to let me know when my return date is if it still doesn't work. I have another month, so I am still trying.

I have been extremely happy with Miami MD products. Have been using them for several years now. I am not very impressed with the arm firming cream. I have not seen any results and I just started using another brand which is working well. I also believe your products are too expensive.

I am a customer for life!
I am a new customer to Miami MD. I received my first order a few days ago but, unfortunately, the wrong product was sent and one of the jars was severely damaged during shipping. I thought it would take forever to get resolved.
I was pleasantly surprised. When I notified the company, I received a very apologetic, kind response almost immediately and within 8 hours my correct order was being shipped….. at no additional cost to me.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Miami MD.

Customer Service Tries to Do the "Right" Thing!
I had been disturbed that I received an auto refill of 3 jars of Lift and Firm when I had only just used 1 of an original order of 6 jars. Customer Service offered me a credit for future purchases so I would not need to return them. Would have preferred the return in some ways (due to cash flow) but I am liking the product more each day I use it and so was willing to do this. I think this was a great thing for MiamiMD to do.....confirms that they believe in their product but also want to do the "right thing" for their customers! I may be a Miami MD customer for life!

I am a 71 year old lady who is fortunate enough to have discovered MiamiMD skin care products, founded by Dr. J.
